How to get PAID from Ath Power?

Hi friends! I did two mystery shops for Ath Power last year in 2018 and I thought that payment came to me automatically through Bill.com. I did two more shops for them this year in April, payment was supposed to be June 15 and I have not been paid.

I logged into Bill.com this morning and there is a "Past Due" Invoice created for me for Ath Power, that apparently needed to be sent. So I sent it to my scheduler's e-mail.

I didn't create the invoice for them in Bill.com. I don't know who did, but I'm assuming Ath Power did. I'm so confused by the fact that THEY create an invoice in your account, but I still have to "send" it to them to get paid?? Why don't they just pay me in the first place?, instead of creating an invoice for themselves that just sits in my account. Having to send them their own invoice seems illogical. I've searched their IC Agreement and there is no mention in it of how to get paid! (Am I missing it?!)

I also contacted my Scheduler through their Help form but haven't heard back yet. Any tips welcome. Thank you.

I do not create invoices, and I always get paid by Ath Power. Of course, I have it set up so that as an "IC Pro", the Sassie system automatically creates and submits an invoice for me every time I do a shop for a Sassie platform shop.

Does anyone know what happens if you're not an "IC Pro"? (Haven't heard of that and don't know where to sign up for that). I searched previous posts and saw that others didn't have to send an invoice to ath, so now I am genuinely concerned about why payment hasn't been forthcoming in 60+ days.
To become an IC Pro, you basically sign up on JobSlinger which is part of the Sassie platform. There is no cost. It is pretty easy. Here is a link to the FAQ page which explains what to do: [www.jobslinger.com]

I don't know what happens if you are not an IC Pro on a Sassie Shop. Someone else will probably let us both know.

So I have done shops for Ath in the past and I always got paid automatically through bill.com without invoicing them. I very recently (2 months ago) went through the process of becoming an IC Pro through Jobslinger and have not done any jobs for Ath since doing that. I also am a demo rep for a nutritional company that pays me via bill.com. I do not have to invoice them, either. I am curious why you haven't gotten paid. Please keep us posted on what you find out.

Thanks everyone, I just figured out how to submit a help ticket through their site. I'll keep the thread updated.
Those will be paid June 18th. I have not been paid either and they were submitted to Bill.com on the 15th. Ath is one of the slowest payers out there - 60 days usually- I don't do many for them- only if it is a great paying job.
lbtweety47, the OP was not paid for a shop from last year as well as some shops from April.
You can expect the second-half-of-April shops to be paid just past the middle of this month, right on schedule for ath Power. I thought you hadn't been paid for last year when I read your post.

I received an email from ath/Bill.com that I will be paid by check on 6-21 for shops I did in April.

I signed with Bill.com ages ago and did one shop for Ath a couple months ago, and just got an email that my money will be in direct deposit tomorrow, no invoice needed... wasn't sure I'd get paid, problem job..very happy.

Yes, I just got an email about a payment to me that it in the works. I can see on my shop list that it is probably for 2nd half of April, so all seems to be tickety-boo.

I just got an email as well from Bill.com that a payment is on the way. I sent two emails to Ath Power yesterday, (one to my Scheduler, and one through their Help form), as well as opened a Help ticket, and no one has responded to any of my forms of contact. I'd be hesitant to work for them again after no one responds to my requests for help.
Were you asking for help with a payment? Or with an assignment? When they say a payment is on the way, it is, in my experience.

walesmaven, I was asking for help with a payment. They hadn't told me payment was on the way. In fact, they still haven't responded to my e-mails, but I got a notification from Bill.com this morning (AFTER my e-mails to Ath) that payment was on the way. No response from Ath themselves at all.
Ath always sends a notification before you get paid, Bill.com notification, a day or 2 later they notify you that you have been paid. I have shopped for Ath for years and the payments have always been through Bill.com and have always gotten paid. Check your account when you get the second notification, always there.
