Hey friends! I’ve been shopping a few years now. My husband just completed his first shop (ever) for Maritz. It was a two part shop. He completed the first report and submitted it. When he went to finish and submit the second part, both shops were gone from his shop log! There is not the completed one, or the open one, or even one on hold. He called Maritz and was told he should call back tomorrow because a supervisor is going to have to figure out what happened. Because according to Brenda, either Maritz or the client canceled the shop but she doesn’t know which one or why or if it’s a complete error. Has this happened to anyone else? Super disappointed he’s going through this on his very first shop.
