Maritz shop canceled?

Hey friends! I’ve been shopping a few years now. My husband just completed his first shop (ever) for Maritz. It was a two part shop. He completed the first report and submitted it. When he went to finish and submit the second part, both shops were gone from his shop log! There is not the completed one, or the open one, or even one on hold. He called Maritz and was told he should call back tomorrow because a supervisor is going to have to figure out what happened. Because according to Brenda, either Maritz or the client canceled the shop but she doesn’t know which one or why or if it’s a complete error. Has this happened to anyone else? Super disappointed he’s going through this on his very first shop.

That's a bummer but Maritz is one of the best companies for making things right when they go wrong. I am sure they will work it out. Please let us know.

The completed shop would not show up after it is submitted, except under "completed shops" under one of the menus. The second one should be there, though. Hope it gets resolved.

Sorry I should have said it better, I meant it’s not under completed shops either. But thanks for the good vibes, will keep you all updated.

I know, he was so nervous to shop but I kept telling him how Maritz in particular is a great company. I really hope they can straighten it out for him. He did the shop flawlessly, much more than I can say for my first ever shop. Will let you know what happens!
@Shelbeyward Sorry to hear about your husbands issues. Was he able to get an answer on what happened to his shop?

He was able to get in touch. They said that the second part of the shop was cancelled, but he was able to invoice for his first part. He had trouble sending the invoice, it wouldn’t submit under that shop, so the supervisor helping him submitted it for him and sent him a screenshot. Finally seems all worked out smiling smiley
I've seen issues where all the information has disappeared that was debriefed and the input form was blank. Normally, that requires a reboot of your browser to correct. My worst issue was a shop that on my board said to be completed on X day to Y day. But when you try to open it to debrief it, it would say you can't because it was outside of the window. It took MCX over a week to fix that one and get it debriefed. Another one did it in reverse it would not let the shop submit because something was wrong with the shopping window. It took several days to get that one corrected as well so it could be submitted.
