I'd just counter that offer. I think that PAD is based on historical data for them. Don't ever do anything at base rate if you ever want PAD. Also, make sure that the other two shoppers are holding out for PAD as well. It works out nicely in my area. I don't know who #3 is, but thank you for doing your part! Actually, it might be somebody here now that I think about it.@kenasch wrote:
Just got an email for grocery shops offering PAD of ........$1.00. Do they really think that will make a difference?
Don't you now have to check the restroom?@guysmom wrote:
At least in my area (South), they haven't added any new requirements to their grocery shops for some time now. So I'm glad about that!
I have every restroom code in my phone for every store that I shop. They all have codes to keep the homeless people (or as they say in Los Angeles - "People temporarily experiencing homelessness" from bathing and doing other things in there. I'd rather check the restroom than buy deli meat any day.@Irene_L.A. wrote:

The grocery stores TS have in my area have always had that requirement since I've been doing them for the past 5 years or so. So nothing new in that area. So the Client TS has out your way has just started requiring this then, Irene?@Irene_L.A. wrote:

It's been awhile (not 5 years), but that isn't my only reason, pad is the main reason and the low fee, I do better on my own with coupons and have been eating out so much on jobs, really not in need of these jobs anymore.
My point was adding anything more without a raise in the fee,
Is has nothing to do with distance. Some locations are harder to fill - they always have PAD. Some locations have more than 3 shoppers applying for the shop. Those locations never have PAD.@Irene_L.A. wrote:
@Guysmom....you don't understand, I've worked for them for over 10 years and NEVER gotten pad, having done many last minute favors for them.....this is not a new thing.

SoCaMama...funny you should mention "older" shoes. I am now cleaning my closet and have shoes, 20 years old and still in good condition....Poshmark is a great way to get rid of stuff. After my Wed. lunch, I'm done with TS.
Yeah, I have read where you've never gotten PAD, and that is a total bummer, Irene!! I can understand your frustration with that, for sure!!@Irene_L.A. wrote:
