I did a shop on June 11. Anyone know when I should be paid. As of today, 9/17/19, I still have not been paid. Keep getting the same crap when I contact the. Just a generic message about 75 days after. I am looking for some new contact info for them. Does anyone know anything?

I have received the same generic 75 days after message. I finally got paid on August 26th for a job I submitted on May 1st.

Please see the very long, detailed, and recent thread about HS Payment delays. KSS has nothing to do with payment; it is just the scheduling contractor that many MSCs use.

I had a shop at the end of July that I'm waiting on. I contacted the scheduler and they gave me he "75 days" timeframe... guh... thankfully I didn't have a big reimbursement.

Has anyone received their pay from June yet?? I’m stilllllllllll waiting.

HSB is always "late". Kern never helps...SOP.

It is NOT a scheduling company's job to change the MSC's payment date or policy.

Havent been paid for June. Was told it was going out yesterday or today. Now whole shop has been removed from my log. I am livid. Never again.

Wonder if the scheduling company is waiting that long and if they are, how long before they stop working with them too.

Job was late June.

My shop was completed 6/11/19 and still no payment.

Yes, I did one 6/6 and the log says payment pending. I'm expecting they will pay around 9/30-10/1 although I could be wrong. I did one 7/8 and expect payment early January. I've worked 10 years with Service Sleuth and I've seen a lot of payment changes over the years. When I first started working with them, they paid at 90-100 days. They were always the last payment received for work during any month. About 5 years ago, their speed started to drastically improve. In early 2018, they peaked at about 30 days. After they lost the movie client that I loved, around June/July 2018, I noticed an almost-immediate move to slower payment. They are running close to 120 days now.

Lucky. Still waiting on June. I thought HS Brands only pays via Paypal? How did you get direct deposit?

They offer PayPal and direct deposit. The direct deposit is for US banks only.

I was just about to post this same question. I also have not been paid for my June shops. I also see the "payment pending" for my June shops. No comments on the 20 shops I did in July and August.

I didn't know that they had added DD as an option. thanks for letting me know. I just changed from PayPal to DD.

My money arrived this morning; it was exactly 75 days after report submission. In checking my log, my first shop for SS was 08/21/06 with payment on 10/31/06. There have been 224 jobs between the two already mentioned, with fees being sent in varying time frames. That works for me, but if it does not for you, avoid any frustration by exercising the prerogative of all independent contractors.

How is that possible? There were 31 days each in July and August, and you received $ on the 24th day of Sept. That would mean you were paid 86 days or more following any June shops.

I did not state it was a June shop; the report was submitted on 07/09.

@shopperbob, that's interesting, you may be the only one they paid for July shops. Others received payment this week for June shops.

Yes, I did a casino shop on July 17, 2019, and have not been paid as of Oct 3, 2019. I was originally given the 75 days rule also. I recently contacted them (payments@hsbrands.com) and am not being told July jobs would be getting paid around October 30th, 2019 and August jobs would be getting paid around November 30, 2019. That would be much closer to 105 days than 75 days. If you get any further information - please respond back.

They have been paying on that schedule for the last several months. Only shopperbob claims to have been paid much sooner.

Casino shops are supposed to be coming from a different fund and paid *earlier* than other shops. Go up the chain as far as you need to.

I did a July shop on 7/12/19 - no payment yet. The website says 75 days after the last day of the month shop(s) were submitted in. So that should be today but it’s not shown as pending. Actual days since the shop is currently 94 days.

I was paid 9/24 for a June 6th shop.
