Maritz Bundles

I submitted a bundle online and got a message that the shops were not available. I know from past history that Maritz received it. Do I need to call them to get these shops or just wait? These are gas stations.

That just means that they did not automatically accept your offer - it has to be reviewed and then they will call you.
Usually I just wait. If it is near the close of the shopping period and I need them relatively soon, like that day or the next day, I might call and put a bug in their ear. I have gotten mixed results. The only reasons you should get that message (as far as I know) is if you asked for more than the posted rate, someone else got the shops before you hit the submit button, or you don't have self-assigning privileges.
I have found that if it's a large bundle you can go back and choose and submit smaller bundles, say like five or the 50 you requested, they will get approved. Take little longer, but you get your answer.
I do small bundles. I once had 1 gas station put a bundle on hold. They did call me and i got the rest of the gas stations assigned to me. But to avoid that i now do small bundles.
I was pleased to see that team 3 now responds immediately on the web site. I got a pending and then a reject on one and an immediate approval on a second. Much better than the no response or eventual phone call that used to be the procedure.
I have done an oil change and a choose a service shop for them in the last month both greatly bonused.
I had put in an offer on a shop. When I looked under bundles it showed that had been accepted but It did not show on my shop's. Later it showed it had been declined by them so they were probably looking for someone else to take it for less. I was surprised when it showed that it were had been accepted cause I had put in a high amount.

That's unusual. I know they look for the lowest bidder but once accepted than usually stick to it, in my experience.

I thought it was weird also.
As soon as I see it is accepted I call them. Even if it is accepted, they do not just automatically assign them. They have to verify the dates and offer with you before they assign.
