Ipsos... faster pay for the upcoming holidays
I like IPSOS, shop for them regularly, and yes, I also hate it when they miss a pay date...and it irks me to no end that they insist on 8-12 hour submission times for shop reports, and then take a week or more to edit...If they are going to offer an "incentive" of faster pay, editors need to step it up, or IPSOS needs to hire more editors...
Ipsos is one of my favorites but honestly if they are paying twice weekly they need to audit reports in 24 hours like most all of the others do and not take a week.
How receptive have people found MSCs to requests at this time of year to delay payments into the following year? Needless to say, there are many that won't be asked because they aren't that creditworth.

I didn't receive a specific e-mail about this. I read it in one of the e-mails sent by a specific scheduler. There was no mention regarding the new payments days.
Yeah...."faster pay," but the very simple "regular box" shops that were completed 3 days ago are still in "pending," which means they won't be paid on Friday (since they conveniently missed Tuesday's cutoff), so it will be next week at the earliest before I see that $$...this is not faster pay. And on the Sassie side, shops that were completed, graded and received last week are still sitting there, no "pending" pay, nothing...so I'm guessing that will be Friday as well

And this is why they need to go back to twice a month or heck maybe even monthly. It will never be fast enough for some shoppers. Reviewing jobs for a approval can take many days. Our submitting the report is only one step of the process.

I said I wasn't complaining...I was pointing out that there is no way to "pay faster" when the submission / editing / review process takes more than a week or two.
I am sorry but even though it may take editors a few days more to edit a shop. IPSOS pays pretty quick.
How many mystery shopping companies pay you 2 weeks later.
I just got an email confirming the twice a week pay processing through the holidays.
My shops were approved on 11/5 was expecting payment today and nothing.
Nothing yet for me either but I usually get it around 11 am may still come
Mine came about 11:30 Central, but it wasn't a big check.
