Did you ever get an email that you were definitely assigned the shop? The problem may be the same one that I experienced when they changed to their new system - a misunderstanding of how my "page" shows. Unless something is actually assigned, your "log" is actually the application page, not the assigned shops page, so what you thought you were assigned was your applications instead. I have now gotten into the habit of hitting the "home" button when I first log in and I haven't run into that issue since.@amorrison50 wrote:
