IPSOS mystery shops not paying? Surveys not paying either?

I'm not getting any response as to why I'm not getting paid. Going under? Should have been suspicious when they bought the GFK. They don't pay on surveys and only steal information. I'm not working for free with that company anymore. Time to move on.

These are pretty serious accusations. Do you have any details to share? Was your report accepted? How long have you waited for a response?

I have done many, many shops for IPSOS on both platforms, including that one formerly known as GFK, and I have been paid in a timely manner as recently as this week for shops done last week.

I also don't understand this immediacy to jump to the "THEY STOLE MY REPORT" conclusion (not just you, it happens rather frequently). Doesn't that seem like a rather inefficient long-term business model to you? I'm not saying it NEVER happens because anything could happen, but you'd think it was some rampant issue to read some of these posts.

Come to think of it, people are more likely to believe "This company will pay me $500 to buy gift cards/cash checks/go to Western Union" than to believe that this mass report-stealing conspiracy is VERY unlikely.

Just want to pop in and say I did two shops for them on Nov. 26th and was paid on Dec. 3rd. You may want to check any pay statements that may be available to view on your account.
I do a lot of shops for IPSOS. They are my favorite!! I was paid both Tuesday and Thursday this week. They are 100% current with me.
Never had any payment issues with shops i was owed payment for. Now over the past several years I did mess up a shop once because some guidelines had changed and i did the shop incorrectly. My fault totally, obviously.

Ipsos is a huge company. Mystery shopping is only a very small fraction of what Ipsos, in general, does as a company. If you're not getting paid for a shop, there's a reason for it. I have always been paid for an Ipsos shop, and consider them one of the best MSC's out there. With more information, people here can probably help you, as has been previously posted.

Although you could just move on, and leave more shops in your area.
I never had any issues with this company. Payment is quick and accurate, wish other firms would follow suit.
I did have a payment issue with IPSOS. Turned out my e-mail with PayPal wasn't the same one I was using on IPSOS. I notified IPSOS, and I shortly received all my payments.

Have you checked your "Payment History" under my settings? That will tell you if your shops were okayed for payment. If they were, and you didn't receive it, then you need to follow up. If your shops were never okayed for payment, something went wrong with the shop.
