HS Brands Payments?

Hello. I completed 2 fitness shops for HS Brands in the beginning of October and have yet to be paid? Are they slow to pay? Anyone have any input?

They are very slow to pay, but reliable and you don't have to chase your payment.

They say they pay at 75 days, but I've found that, over the last year or so, it's usually over 3 months. My shop completed 6/6 was paid 9/24 and a shop completed 7/8 was paid 10/23. I completed a shop 9/12 and I expect payment just before Christmas. Anything completed in October I don't expect to see payment for until some time in January.
Expect a payment in late January for your October shop.

I believe they may have updated their payment terms to be 90 days after the end of the month in which the shop was accepted.
The only way I'm doing a shop for HS Brands is if its a shop with a very good fee or just a shop I want to do. I think its ridiculous how long they take to pay.
Sadly, they have not. Their website still says 75 days. They have been late with payments for at least four months now and by all indications will continue to do so indefinitely.

I've only done 2 shops for them this year because there isn't anything but one fitness shop by me and their pay policy. I got paid May 13 for a March 5 shop. I did a shop Nov 1 with a $20 bonus and I'll expect it January. I'd never do a shop that required reimbursement for them unless I did enough to have a revolving payment coming in.

I made a habit to close out my monthly earnings spreadsheet when I receive payments from HS. Nobody else is slower than these guys.

Yes they are very slow. I did a shop on September 19th and am still waiting to get paid. The one before that I did in July and got paid in October. I don't understand why they are so slow.
As long as people continue to accept their shops, they will continue with delayed payments.
I did a restaurant job Sept. 16 and still have not been paid. I emailed Jeff 65 days after the end of the month in which the job was completed and he responded that the job would be paid 75 days after the end of the month in which the job was completed. Well, it's been 81 days now and still no money! He even contacted me last night about doing another restaurant job! Come on, dude! I have bills to pay too.
OP, Their website states, "Payments are submitted to PayPal or direct deposit approximately 75 days after the last day of the month in which the project was completed."

That would make a shop performed in October, due on January 14th. But you will likely be later paid than that.
I just emailed them about a shop I did on Sept 9. They apologized and said they are behind in payments but I will be paid at the end of this month.
They've been behind for so many months I think it's safe to say that they pay 90 days after the last day of the month in which the shop has been completed. (so anywhere from 91-120 days after you complete the shop)

Can confirm. The shops I did for them earlier this year (that were supposed to be paid 75 days according to the shop instructions) were all paid/reimbursed 95-105 days later, after follow-up with scheduler and MSP.
Cross-posted to the other thread on this topic as well, but I received payment for my October shops today - which is actually ahead of schedule.
I have always been paid by HS but will only do shops that have no purchase requirements since I do not want my money tied up for 3 to 4 months. I do not even check their job board anymore because of the slow pay and I feel that they are being disrespectful to their shoppers.
I received payment for Oct and November shops yesterday.

I received payment for a shop I did on Sept 12th 2019 finally yesterday on 1/4/20. It was a reimbursed massage with a $5 pay so just did for the free massage as a treat. Massage cost $82. So ridiculous to wait that long for reimbursement. That is my last shop for them with any kind of reimbursement over $25.

Also my rate goes up for any shop as 90 plus days for payment requires a better pay in my book. Its got to be costing them shoppers. Now take IPSOS, where you have it within 10 days of the shop. I will take a little less pay than I normally want for a shop because of quick payment. Example car wash shop that I normally need $20 plus reimbursement. If HS Brands has shop I want $30 minimum now plus reimbursement. If IPSOS has the shop well I still want $20 I am willing to do it for $15.

I did a whopping 11 shops for HS Brands in 2019. I did 136 shops for IPSOS in 2019. That's over 12 times more shops for IPSOS in 2019. They both have plenty of shops in my area and areas I travel to for shops.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
There are a couple of shops on the board now that I would like to do but I am not willing to tie up my money for three months while I wait on reimbursement.
Right, me too. I did sign up for a few well-paying audits, but they don't require any out-of-pocket. So it will be nice additional $ in the spring.
I just saw a casino shop on the board and thought no way am I tying up that kind of money for up to 3 months.

I finally got paid for my Sept 9 shop on Jan 4th but had no idea until I looked into it on the promised Jan 6. I got no notification from HS or from paypal.
