Maritz payment help

I did two shops for Maritz on the same day. I am 95% sure I submitted an invoice but was not paid for it. I did them before work and did not write down the shop numbers sad smiley. Has anyone ever called Maritz and received help from them?

You can log in to find the shop numbers for your completed shops. Then, try submitting an invoice now. If the shops are relatively new (less than 14 days, IIRC) you will be able to submit an invoice if you have not before. If you can't and the shops are new, then you will get an on-screen message saying you already submitted an invoice. If these are older shops, you can call and talk to admin and ask for their help. Don’t worry about it. If you forgot to invoice it, they’ll take care of it, even months after the fact.

Do you have the confirmation emails that come after the shops are assigned? Otherwise, just call the team responsible and they will help you. Always nice people.

I spoke with them last week, and they invoiced the shop for me. smiling smiley

You don't need the shop numbers. One way to find your shops is to your email. type the type of shop and the location in the search window in your Gmail/yahoo or whatever email you use. It will usually pop up. But you don't need it just call and ask for team 9. Trust me Janet will find them for you she's awesome!
