Ath Power payments

I know you all say that Ath Power is reliable but I haven't worked for them before. I have three November shops that my log says were "paid" December 31st but how?? It is impossible to get through to them, my scheduler just copies and pastes what's on their site but Checkbook.io say they have nothing for me from them! Any tips on how to get hold of them? Or if you know how I can find out what is happening? Thanks!

They pay by check or direct deposit. If it is marked paid, you still have to wait for the payment company to pay you. Look into your log to see how you get paid or ask your scheduler who you should speak with. You should know how you were to be paid, you had to sign up for the payment.

They also pay via a third party. On their end, it says "paid" but you have to wait for the third party to release the funds. They should hit on 1/11 or so.

I am experiencing the same issue. I have worked for them before and always been paid. This time it shows paid 12/31/19. I have not received payment and cannot reach anyone to get information.
"How" did you receive payment? Was it by mail, email, direct deposit? I honestly can't find where I specified??
Paid today! At least the electronic check, and in our banks by Friday. Glad to put my November spreadsheet to bed....

I started with ATH in December, completed 2 shops in January and so far 2 in February. I cannot find where I indicated my preference for payment. Also, at one point I had a shop grade of 10 and now all of my shops say received, nothing is completed and there is no grade by the 2 I January that originally had grades. Anyone have any idea what is going on or how to find my preference for payment?
Ath Power rarely assigns grades to shop reports. They used to use Bill.com to pay shoppers. Last Fall, they switched to using Checkbook to send payments. I received an email today saying that they sent me an electronic check. That covers shops that I did during the second half of December. I do not believe that there is anywhere for you to state a payment preference.

Hi everybody, I just did a shop Feb. 28 with Ath and they rejected the shop because they said I did the wrong type of shop. There are two of these types in this category. I applied for one type and the email said I was assigned the type I applied for.. They also sent another that I was accepted for the other type. I did the shop I applied for and was assigned to, I completed the survey. I get it back they asked for corrections. I did the corrections and after I made the corrections they say I did the wrong one. I did the one I applied for and they assigned to me. Not only that but why didn't they notice something before asking me to make the corrections. It looks like someone was not paying attention. I tried to email the scheduler in regard to this and she never answers. What do you think I should do? Anyone?
Their schedulers are not allowed to discuss editors' decisions. Call and ask for Shopper Support.
