HS Brands 1099 Income statement

I have not yet received a 1099 from HS Brands, and I am certain I am over the threshold with over $1000 in payments/bonuses (not reimbursements). Has anyone received one from them?

I haven't received one, but they had until January 31 to mail them, so it is likely in the mail.

I received an electronic copy via email this morning.

I'm still waiting on mine. I don't recall opting-in to get one via email.

we might get them 75-90 days from the last day of the following month in which we first starting thinking hey I need to do my taxes

I do not remember opting in either. Of course, I don't think I have ever read an ICA in its entirety either, though.
