IPSOS cannot submit survey - RESOLVED

This has been discussed here before but I could not find a solution. I completed a shop on Friday and every time I try to submit the survey I get the following message:
"Please, complete all required questions in the survey first!!!"
I have gone over the survey many times and cannot find any questions that I missed. There are no questions highlighted red or any other indication that a question was missed. This was scheduled by HS and I have emailed them but have not gotten any answer so far, probably due to the weekend. This was a high paying shop and I'm concerned that it will be declined due to it now being late.

I have now heard from both the Kern scheduler and HS (project manager). Also Lorri Kern. Apparently the issue was resolved and my report was submitted. However there was no indication of what caused the problem. I have another one of these shops next week so hopefully I can submit the form without a problem.

I don't understand how it's an IPSOS shop that was scheduled by HS (assuming Howard Services). But, if that's the case, then it is Sassie.
Add one character to the very end of each narrative field and save but do not submit. Then go back in and backspace from the end of each field until you're left with the last legitimate character (probably a period). Save again, then try to submit.

I haven't seen this specific error but this general purpose fix can resolve many database corruption issues, which this appears to be. Adding and removing the character forces the field to be rewritten.

If that doesn't work, this one might but fair warning it will take forever and may do nothing. But it might save you if it's a corruption issue. One by one, cut the contents of each field to clipboard then save with the field empty. Don't cut or copy anything else until you complete the next step. Then go back in and paste back into the field using PASTE AS PLAIN TEXT only (found on the right-click menu on a PC) rather than the normal paste and resave. If you somehow acquired weird unprintable characters in your field, they should be gone now. Save again, then go back in and do the same to the next field. When all have been replaced, try again to submit.

Thanks all. This shop starts at the HS Sassie site where there is a link to the IPSOS shopmetrics site and it is there you enter the survey info. There is only one block for narrative. All the rest are radio buttons, dates, times and number answers. I tried adding a character as suggested but still no luck. I hope someone is working tomorrow on the holiday.
That is still so weird to me. I knew that KSS schedules for IPSOS, but had no idea that HS was affiliated with IPSOS as well.
It is weird. I just noticed that the scheduler is actually from KSS. However the link in the scheduling email takes you to HS and then to IPSOS. No wonder it is messed up. I read on here that this happened a few years back and it was an IT problem.
Long shot, but there is a survey on the site you mention that occasionally trips me up in this way. Not sure if you're doing this common survey or not and I can't mention it by name. But near the top about a half dozen or so questions in there is a question that asked for the type of shop. it's silly that it asks because there is only one answer available for selection. it's a radio button with no alternate option but you do have to click it...
And usually on Shop Metrics there is a "check complete" button on the bottom right. Seems like if you clicked it, it would give you some clue as to what is missing?
When I check either save or check complete buttons I get the same message:

"Please, complete all required questions in the survey first!!!"

I know the next screen should show the unanswered questions in red but it doesn’t.

I Just sent a PM to Lori at Kern. Maybe she can help. it was a time consuming shop but a nice fee of $100.

I know in one IPSOS shop the amount entered for one of the fields needs to be formatted 0.00 rather than .00 allowed in most other amount fields for the job. I don't think it's the shop you're talking about but you might want to give that a try if no other issues are catching your eye.
Yeah, Lorri is pretty on top of things usually, but...it is a weekend, and a holiday weekend at that. Good luck!
Gack. Lots of work for this $100 shop, probably driving your inner perfectionist crazy and now it's no longer so profitable with all the time spent. Sorry for your troubles, hope it all works out okay.
I had the same problem with an Alta 360 shop. Got the same error. I can't remember which way was which, but if you hit enter, it would bring you to the error. If you hit save, it would just bring you back to a screen listing your shop. It took me forever to figure that out. I feel for you.

There are just two choices, Save and Check for errors. Both just say I need to answer all questions. There is no way to submit. I have no received an answer from anyone at Kern yet.
Just got a reply from scheduler. She said the client is looking into the problem and will submit my report if no info is missing. We shall see. I actually have another one of these shops due next week.
I have had this happen to me multiple times in the past. If it is the one I am thinking of it is on the Shopmetrics site, not the one the op is talking about which appears to be on the Sassie site. For your issue that particular question on the top of the page was never highlighted but fortunately when I got that pop up I would start looking for an issue somewhere and started at the top and there it was. I recently switched from Firefox to Chrome and have not seen that issue again. I really think that question on top was not there the first time through.Perhaps they finally fixed it just around when I switched.

When I do them from my phone all of the single choice questions default to being selected. Once of many reasons I usually report on the phone when possible.
If it's in Shopmetrics, I advise always to use Mobi Audit unless there is a great deal of narrative to write.
Apparently this is a new client and the whole process is convoluted involving the Kern scheduler, HS, and IPSOS. The client is actually in Italy so there is also a time difference to deal with. I start with Sassie where there is a link to the Shopmetrics survey form. I cannot see the form by going directly to the IPSOS site and therefore cannot see the shop in my inbox there. I have viewed the survey multiple times now and I cannot see any question that I have not answered. Hopefully, the Kern scheduler can get this resolved with the client and I will get paid.
I edited my original post above as the situation has been resolved. I was told it was a glitch on the IPSOS site and apparently there was nothing I could do about it.
