I didn't get the email, either. Can someone copy and paste it here?

Here it is:

Important update: our next round of shopper payments will come from Ipsos Mystery Shopping on February 28th.

On the 28th, you will receive an email from Chase Payments (donotreplyChasePayments@jpmorgan.com). Once received, you must click the “Accept Money” button and create a secure user profile with Chase. You will need a US-domiciled bank account (with your routing and account numbers) and a US mailing address to receive yourpayment.*

If you have any questions, please contact mystery.shopping@ipsos.com.
Well I either got over paid by 36c for 9 gas station jobs or I got under paid by $19.27 for 10 jobs. My 10th job was approved on 2/14, so I'm hoping that it was too close to the cut off to be included in this round of payouts. I can't find anyplace where it lists what I was paid for each job. I've gone over my spreadsheet and I can't find the extra 36c.

Why do we need to deal with chase? Either direct deposit or paypal

You are setting it up with Chase to DD your pay to your bank. It appears IPSOS is using Chase as their bank to pay us. You do not need an account with Chase.
Just got the E-mail request.

Yep I just did it and it was easy. That’s a relief

Easy enough, I agree.

I just have a problem with it taking 2 to 3 "business days" to transfer to a non-Chase bank account. Meaning my Feb 28th payment may not show until Monday, March 2nd.

It has always been my gripe that many banks are quick to take out your money, but slow to deposit your money.
It was easy to set up, but the text I received says "Payment from IPSOS will be credited to account XXX in 1-3 business days." Now, if the $$ is there tomorrow, as scheduled, that's fine.
My husband and I got the links today but neither of us got our full pay. We are both missing money.

I assume you are referring to the Shopmetrics side. If so, go to Settings on the top. Go to Pay Statements and click on it. Scroll down and you should be able to open a list of your currently paid shops. You can see exactly what you've been paid for. The outstanding shops will still be listed as "Okay to Pay" or "Received - Pending" (or whatever it usually says). As long as it doesn't say "Hold Pay," you're good.

Thanks! I received an email yesterday with instructions. My money should be there by Fri 2/28. Going forward, it should be directly deposited into my checking account like it was with Maritz. Chase appears to be the "middle man".

I am with Walter's Mom... My pay is not quite right either. I double-checked Shopmetrics (not expecting my Maritz pay to show there) and there's no invoice there. There's no information on Maritz's website showing detailed pay information either.

Yes what meghan926 posted. There is no information on Maritz website. These 10 jobs were my first time working for Maritz. I watched their Help videos and it looks like they used to have this information on their website. Like you, I found no information on the Shopmetrics side of IPSOS.

Sorry, I misunderstood and thought you were referring to the Shopmetrics side. Yes, I've noticed the direct deposit is no longer available on the Maritz site. Who knows what they will do with it but I'm sure something will be done in the future. My pay was in my account this morning. I transferred to my Chase account thinking it would be quicker and it was.

Has anyone figured out how we're supposed to check our pay statement with Maritz? Normally it would be posted on the Maritz DD page by now, I think, but mine isn't...my pay is in the bank,
I emailed mspayments@ipsos.com this morning asking that very question & I will post what their reply is here. It would probably be good if everyone that has this question to mail them so that they know its not just a few people who are looking for this information.

I just received a reply that says "Thank you for your question. This information should now be posted on the legacy MaritzCX website"
Off to check...
If you're going to get a lot of payments this way maybe a Chase account is worth opening. Do it before 3/6 and get a $300 bonus.

The payment information has been added to the Maritz website now.

How about the email from Ipsos stating that, "FYI, the $5 gas reimbursement and $1 in-store purchase is NOT additional pay!" They stated that "sorry for any confusion" but this reimbursement should be considered part of the shop pay! Talk about "bait and switch"! I've got 26 pending shops which means approx $130 they are deciding to keep. Our original contract with Maritz should be honored.
How much did Maritz pay? I’m the only one doing any in my area. I assume people think too much work for the pay.
You are missing $ because Ipsos announced that they are NOT reimbursing shoppers for the $5 gas purchase and $1 in-store purchase separately. They expect these amounts to be considered part of the $12.50 pay! I believe by law, they have to honor what was promised when we accepted the shops from Maritz, and give us ample notification of this change! I'll tell you one thing...I'll be done with these assignments if this is the new policy!
