Confero Payment

Anyone miss the payment for this cycle? I’ve emailed the payment email several times with no response. I’ve also called several times and their number has them closed before their “closing time” listed in the recording. Times when I’ve gotten through has always led to voicemails on every option selected.

On the assignments that I conducted in mid- to late-January, it now shows PAID 03/16/2020. In the last payment cycle, those early-January assignments were posted PAID 02/28/2020, and I received my payment three or four days later. Therefore, I'm expecting to see payment for this last cycle on/about 03/21/2020.

Same here. My log says Paid on 3/16 and I haven't seen it yet. I have emailed the payment email several times and don't get any response. My scheduler is great, so I emailed her. She just said she has heard from others with even higher payments but has no access to the payment part. I'm concerned as I have $200 in outstanding for them.

I sent an email to the payment inquiry address posted on Confero's website early this morning. No response. I will forward the request to the scheduler in a day or two. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but ...

I have one shop from late jan also showing paid on 3/16/20 but no payment as of yet in paypal. I may send an email to see. Looking back all other payments have been paid anywhere from date stated to 5 days after. It is now 7 so a little concerning but due to the COVID-19 Pandemic I will give them a little leeway. I will update once I see payment.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

Like other shoppers, I sent an email to Confero's payment inquiries address, and my query went unanswered. I realize that there certainly are extenuating circumstances at this time, but a message to shoppers on their main sign-in screen would at least let shoppers know when they plan to pay shoppers. Shops conducted in mid- to late January are now well beyond the expected payment time frame as shown on the Payment Schedule & Policy link on their home page. Ordinarily, I would be more apt to allow a bit more leeway, but they have added quite a few new shopping opportunities on their Job Board; they want shoppers to accept new shops, but they have not paid in a timely manner for shops already conducted and approved.

I also received mine this morning.

03/31/20 should be the payment date for assignments conducted in early- to mid-February.

Hello, does anyone have a telephone contact for Confero? I completed a shop on 3/12/2020, and have not been paid. I sent a couple of emails to shopperpayments@conferoinc.com, and to the scheduler. The scheduler asked me not to send her emails concerning payment. She told me to send payment inquiries to the above posted link - Crickets! That was the first (and last) assignment I conducted for the Confero. I received a good score for the completed assignment. Any suggestions on how to receive my payment would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
