A bunch of my Feb reports have gone from the "my shops" page, but they haven't moved in to the "my payments" area yet. Hopefully they pay soon!
Payment isn't due until the 20th.

I just received my payment for February 2020. But the above poster is correct. Payment is do around the 20th. Last Month I received payment on the 20th.

No payment from Market Force today, Thursday, March 19th...they are so inconsistent compared other companies I work with.
I don't understand why, on this board, people seem to always either complain about or question why their MF payments haven't shown up before the 20th. When they're early, that's great. But their terms are that they pay on (or about) the 20th of each month. Yet every month someone is asking about payment in advance of the 20th.

It would make more sense if we started complaining when it's the 22nd of the month, and pay hasn't shown up yet!

Some of us need that money, especially now when so many people are out of work due to the virus. A little patience on your part would be nice.
To BirdyC....what you are saying is sort of correct but Market has created confusion over when they do the direct deposits. Over the last calendar year, Market Force wrote several notes to all of us that the paychecks would be electronically deposited between the 15 to the 20th, but their website this month is not show showing any paycheck history for shoppers this month, and that lends to the thinking that they will be late again, as they were many times during 2019.. Go back and read their comments please. Thanks for writing.
BirdyC, I got spoiled when my payment was in my account like clockwork on the 15th of the month. When it came in on the actual due date of the 20th, it seemed like it was 5 days late.

I’m not worried but it’s interesting that their “help” tab is not working right now. Also the link to contact the Help Desk. In both cases I get a 404 Page not found error. When those links worked they said we would get paid “around”, (I believe) the 20th. Under the payment section it says checks will be mailed out no later than the 20th. I have pointed out this discrepancy several times to them but apparently they don’t think it’s important enough to fix.
I received payment on the 20th (today). Paid on time as usual, even in the midst of a crisis. We'll see what happens next month.

That's great news for everyone that MarketForce is getting checks out today. I have been a full-time shopper for many companies and have honestly loved doing this type of work for the last 3 years. The virus that is spreading throughout the nation, world, and Colorado is shutting down so many businesses, schools, colleges, gyms, massage places, barbers, dine in restaurants, well, you name, it is shutting down, even hotels in my state. Sending all of you prayers for good health during this crisis. Our history has dramatically changed in three weeks. Tim

I had to do a bit of sleuthing for a good help-desk link, but I found it, too! I started to panic when the link within the page didn't work!

I've consistently read their notes, and I really don't see any confusion. All of last year, I think the latest I received pay was maybe the 22nd of a month, and that may have coincided with the 20th being on a weekend. I don't remember. But if they say "between" the 15th and 20th, then I don't understand why many people start to get nervous earlier than the 20th.

Thanks for your note. People get a bit nervous of course when they have budgeted commitments and can't count on a more precise payment date. MF has stayed on time (sort of) with their check distribution within a 7 day period, but that's a little ridiculous for a large company like this to have such a wide time frame. Remember, that last year they hired a new chief of accounting to make the payments more centered on precise dates, but that hasn't worked apparently. We just need to live with their loose schedule. Thanks, Tim

I don't want to be argumentative, but with a range of pay date, I'm not sure why people wouldn't budget for the latest day out and not the earliest. It would make sense to budget for the 20th and not the 15th.

And, yep; we need to live with their schedule. Frankly, I don't see it as being a problem, especially compared to other MSCs that don't pay on a terribly consistent schedule.

As of this moment, they haven't paid yet. I just checked the website they are offering a chicken finger shop for $10 in a closed shopping mall here in Tulsa OK.

Correction my bank account shows the payment from them as pending so I guess they have paid for last month's shops. Yeah, I have always wondered why people complain so much! But, at least hey it isn't Confero I really do not like waiting 3 months to get paid for a phone shop.

I agree with you, 2stepps!
I was paid today, too. All is good.
