I hope we get paid!

Dear valued Independent Contractors,

In case you are unaware, Strategic Reflections is located in the state of Ohio. Ohio has been placed on a stay-at-home order. With that being said, Strategic Reflections will be closing its doors (since we are considered non-essential) until further notice.

We will not be available for emails or phone calls. We would like you to know that the audits left on the job board are available for you to pick up and you will be paid for the work you have and will do.

We ask that in the event you have a question about an audit you are assigned, or you are picking up, please use your best judgement (please read the assignment guidelines). Any assignments with a start date in March must be submitted no later than March 31st.

We understand you may not feel comfortable completing assignments due to the virus.

All of us here are wishing everyone to stay safe and healthy during this time. We appreciate all of you!

Yeah, I got that email, too. Too bad it doesn't say WHEN we will be paid for these!! They normally send out a check mid-month for the month AFTER the month you shopped, which means tomorrow, but I doubt they will be sending one out right now. I'm only due around $70 from them from February shops, but I would like to have it ASAP!! We'll just have to see!

Yes but their terms state end of the month following not half a month later so yes they are late already.

I would add that "We will not be available for emails or phone calls." is not how any other non-essential business I have dealings with is operating.

Hello Everyone,

First, we would like to say we hope everyone is staying healthy during these trying times in our country. Strategic Reflections’ office is currently closed and will remain closed through at least May 1st due to the stay-at-home order here in Ohio.

With that being said, we are still dedicated to each of our independent contractors and we want to ensure checks for February’s audits are processed in a timely manner. We will be going to the office to take care of this immediately and will be sending checks within the first few days of next week.

We will not be sending another email once checks are placed in the mail since we need to limit our time in the office. Please use this email as reference as to when you should expect your check to arrive.

Again, we hope everyone is staying safe and we look forward to working with you all again very soon!

I was paid by Buzz Agent (ICCDS) today and White Clay last week. Ath payment email said payment is expected to arrive on 4/17. So far all is good.

Consumer Research Group hasn't paid and has ignored all four of my emails. They were supposed to mail out cheques on March 20 for the January shop. So, I have not been paid for either January or February.

Got paid today from SeeLevel HX. All square with them.

Regal Hospitality Group isn't paying until they are back in office after the Florida shelter is place is lifted. It seems weird that their employees are not able to cut checks from home. I'm frustrated that my January shop payments from RHG are delayed with no estimated future payment date shared.

Dataquest paid me the DD for March shops today. LRA paid my last invoice right on time.

Thanks for posting this. They owe me ~$400 from February, which is now at 75 days. It’s just at the end of the regular payment time-frame for me.

I suggested they send a notification to all RHG shoppers or at least post something on their shopper login home page 2 weeks ago when they told me my payment was delayed and they haven't taken action yet.

I'm about to be due several thousand in reimbursements from them as the 90 day payment dates come up and am not pleased about the delay. They should have at least given an estimated dates when we should expect to be reimbursed.

Albatross paid me today, which was a surprise. My shop had disappeared from their website.

RBG and Intelli-shop just paid .

I was just paid by Jancyn. It was two weeks late, but paid by Paypal.

I need to check the status of my pay from Feb for the 19 jobs performed for Strategic Reflection. I have not received an email about it being mailed out yet. Please help.

Laurie, Did you get the email from Strategic Reflections about getting paid for February shops?? They were going into the office late last week to get the checks out....here is the email that I got. Hopefully we should receive our checks for February work sometime next week (or maybe even later this week!). HTH!!

My check from Strategic Reflections arrived yesterday, 04/21; it was for Feb. assignments. That leaves only Confero and Service Sleuth, neither of which is late, and I am paid up to date.

For the future, keep in mind what Steve shared concerning warning signs of MSC financial problems and, irrespective of any inducements, avoid those companies.

Ardent Services has always been prompt in their direct deposit payments, which have always made on or slightly before the 20th of the month. No 4/20 payment so far.

The only thing I got was the email they sent out that they were closing the office and would not be answering emails or calls and that they would still pay people. I have not gotten anything since, and that was on March 23, 2020

I think it's fair to allow a few extra days for payment since these are challenging times, and companies are getting used to new work flows. Even Coyle, who has been rock solid for many years, was 6 days last last month.

That said, the DD and payment processing for my regular paychecks has ramped up since the stay-at-home order hit CA. It's 2-3 days ahead of schedule. We shoulda kicked the accountant out of the office and made her work from home years ago.....

My Ardent deposit is now pending in my checking account.

Me too. Ardent's deposit is in my bank as of last night and Customer Impact paid this morning.

That is good to hear. Jancyn is the reason for my visit to this thread.
