Maritz (IPSOS) Login

So I got an email that Maritz and IPSOS merged. However, I cannot log into the page it redirects me to. I have requested a password change a couple times and never received an email. But... I can log into IPSOS (formerly GFK) from the Sassie platform with no problems. The page Maritz directs me to is not the same one that I access from GFK. Is it all the same? Will Maritz shops now show up on the IPSOS Sassie platform? I am a bit confused.

You should log at (https://us-v2.ipsosmysteryshopping.com/) with you same log (Name) in as you had with MaritzCX which should be your shopper #
I had it autosaved on Maritz's website. Now that it directs me I can't log in. I have tried to request new password multiple times with no success.

When you log into the site, you aren't able to log in with your old login information? Do you not know your shopper ID number? Do you have any old email correspondence with your shopper ID# in it?

Call 800-782-4299. I am not sure if anyone is in the office or not due to COVID-19 shelter in place rules, but you can try. You can also try emailing them: mystery.shopping@ipsos.com

I know the ID but apparently not the password and it won't let me reset it. I never receive the email when requested. I will have to try calling.
Don't call it will do no good for the phones are turned off. Email has been taking about to a week to get answers.

If you are using Google Chrome; click on the hamburger, click on settings, click on passwords, upper right corner click on search passwords, type in mystery.....you will see mysteryshopping.maritz.com with your user name (number) .......click on the eye ball looking icon next to it to show your password.
