OK, need some help with Maritz/IPSOS

I still have not been paid for March 18 shop.

I have left voice mail at Maritz, and e-mailed the place "Fred" said to e-mail.

Crickets.

Does anybody have any way of reaching IPSOS/Maritz, other than the above two?

Granted, it's only less than $50...but I did the work, I earned it, and I would sincerely like to get paid, or hear why I haven't been paid.

Yes, followed the instructions to add my PayPal. I was on direct deposit until then.

Do you know the team number for the Maritz team that handled that set of shops? The email address for Team 1 at Maritz is tcmsbox01@maritzcx.com . For Team 2 or 3, change the 1 in that address to 2 or 3. If you're not sure, try all three!

Did you submit an invoice? If not, try calling the number and dialing the prompt for payment / invoice (can't remember what it's actually called, I think it might be #9). In the past, they've been helpful and, if a lack of invoice is the issue, they will submit it for you.
They didn't change their email addresses when they moved over to IPSOS?

In general, it appears that MaritzCX/Ipsos is "dark"...at least until June. I have not received a return email or call and I have tried at least a dozen times. I really need a copy of my 2019 1099, and I am frustrated by IPSOS' new anti-communication policy.....
Yes, they changed the e-mail. It's team 2, but I haven't figured out how to send an e-mail to team 2 for Maritz at the new IPSOS e-mail address. All efforts have bounced back as undeliverable. Anybody know how to e-mail team 2? The e-mails that went through (i.e., didn't bounce back) were just to the general shopper e-mail at IPSOS.
All Maritz CX emails and "regular" communications ceased on April 30, 2020. I have not tried to reach Ipsos because I really do not want to work for them. Since they took over Maritz, they screwed up at least 3. maybe even 4 of my last paychecks and this was BEFORE the pandemic really hit in mid-March.
I emailed them with a question about some phone shops and included the information about you not getting paid. Let's see if I get a response. Hopefully they will address your issue.

I just started digging around in my old and deleted emails and found this email from someone in the Maritz division of IPSOS. Give it a try.

I heard back, cease. This was their response:

"The shopper you reference did not invoice her shop, that is why she did not get paid for it.

On May 1, 2020 it was invoiced for her so she will get paid this month for that shop.



If you invoice the shop right after you debrief it, then there should not be an issue.

Right now we are in the process of transitioning to PayPal for shopper payments.



So we recommend you have an account set up for the official switch.

The good news is that you will not longer have to invoice a shop in the future."

Nevertheless, I did invoice it, as soon as I completed reporting the shop. I printed off a copy and kept it -- just like I always do!

But if they found it, and will pay it, that's all I need. I do fully understand what they were going through around the 18th; no wonder things "fell through the cracks", LOL.

I LOVE not having to invoice anymore. It was kind of a pain, if you know what I mean.

PayPal. I was on DD, but changed to PayPal as soon as I got the e-mail instructing us to do so.

I have found out the only way that Ipsos addresses anything is by email. They stated on a Fred email that all @maritzCX.com had been changed to @ipsos.com The contact mail they list now is mystery.shopping@ipsos.com. I would resend new email stating your problems with invoice number you submitted. I would also try here [www.ipsos.com]
