I took this test back in May when they were doing safety inspection on Presto app. I am registered on all three of there sites, usa.ipsos,us-v2.ipsos & us-sassie.ipsos. Presto and us-V2 are linked to the same email. the other two to another email. I have been doing gas station shops found on us-v2 (old MairtzCX) for June and July were it asked that you past the safety test which I took back in May to which I received and email at both email address stating I had passes the test. I have not taken it again. The shop I have turning in I have not had problems with YET. I have even gotten paid with in a week for the shops completed.
My problem is the email received July 6
We have migrated over your basic information from the legacy MaritzCX V2 platform to the iShopforIpsos platforms (Sassie and Shopmetrics).
I would like to take this time to introduce you to the iShopFor Ipsos home page.
For Shopmetrics:
To get started your will need to click on the Forgot Password link and enter your email address associated with your legacy MaritzCX profile.
The first time you login to your account you will be asked to sign the Ipsos ICA and update your profile with some basic information that will be need to complete shops.
For Sassie:
To get started your will need to click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email address associated with your legacy MaritzCX profile.
Once logged in, you will be prompted to fill in the missing pieces of their profile (SSN, Privacy Policy Agreements).
You will also want to click the "Verify Email" at the top of your profile so they get emails for shop offers.
I have done as requested, but because of different email address tie to SS number it will not let me update information tied to us-v2 migration. Now is it help center says delete account I don't use.
Your accounts on V2 & Shopmetrics will not overlap -- we just pulled your information from the legacy MaritzCX site into Shopmetrics. If you delete one account, it will not impact the other.
I suggest deleting the account with the email address you use less. If you need assistance with deleting an account in Shopmetrics, please let us know.
