Anyone know what's up with CI this month? Payment date has come and gone (15th-25th), and nothing even shows "Pending" ...

I guess I haven't had that cycle before...and often they pay before the 25th, so I expected that smiling smiley Guess it's Monday..no problem.
Me, too, Mousegal! I have often been paid before the 25th. So I was hoping I would be paid yesterday, but nothing. I emailed several people today at CI, asking them about it, and expecting an answer by Monday. On their web FAQ page, it just gives the date range for payment, i.e., 15th-25th. It would be helpful if they would add something about when the 25th falls on a weekend. Hope I see my money on Monday!
I used to get paid around the 15 - 17th. Then the first part of this year, I started getting paid on the 25th. I don't know why.
I actually received a nice reply to my email today, Sunday, the 26th, from someone at CI. Here is what it said:
I apologize for the delay. The deposit will be made tomorrow (Monday, the 27th). I assure you this is not the norm, and that the funds we transferred to PayPal were just held up longer than normal on PayPal’s end for their normal verification process. We won’t let it happen again.
Regardless of what happened, I appreciate receiving that email and wanted to share it here.
Sorry to all who get paid via PayPal. When you transfer funds in bulk to their system to prepare to pay hundreds or thousands of shoppers, there's a hold on the money and delay before it 'clears.' We anticipated the funds would be clear on Friday, or Saturday (25th) at the very latest. On Saturday we saw that it was going to take until this morning to 'officially' clear.

All PayPal payments should have been made this morning, and all direct deposit shoppers should have received payment last week.

Again, please accept our apologies for the delay from Saturday to this morning for PayPal recipients. If anyone has any questions, please contact me at dprice@customerimpactinfo.com

I really appreciate this company. Friendly and responsive. Always a nice word - or in this case, an explanation - for shoppers.
They have always been a nice company. I hope they are doing well in these uncertain times.
My experience with CI differs. They have not responded to a major issue I had with them about a year ago.....water under the bridge now, but beware....
Is CI doing mystery shopping anymore? The two shops I used to do for them are no longer with them, I know that the car wash client went to Intellishop. I haven't seen my local chain restaurant but a different franchisee also moved to Intellishop. The only thing I see posted on the CI website now is merchandising jobs.

They do have a current client reviewing the POP displays for a specific product line with the GoSpotCheck app. There is a thread started in the other discussion, I believe, about the assignment that doesn't mention CI.
Yes, I've done that one, and also doctors office shops where you place brochures. But neither are mystery shops, and I do not see any of those posted.
How do I tell when I get paid for a GoSpotCheck doctors office shop I did for them. They had listed it in my job board, and I had to basically just fill in the date I completed the shop, but it is no longer there.
