More IPSOS/Maritz/Legacy Transition Issues

This Maritz/IPSOS/Legacy transition is turning into a nightmare. I have current shops, within the current completion window, which I am trying to enter the results from and all is says is "not available at this time".

My ISafe Certification, shop review, and profile/paymemt profile are all up date. I emiled mystery.shopping@ipsos.com and recieved an auto reply stating: for urgent issues to contact the scheduler.

Well IPSOS people if you are on here, there is NO scheduler. These were self-assigned by me and I have been provided no other way to contact you other then a general email box.

Sigh...I sure do miss everyone on the old Team 3 at times like these. Especially Ms. Judy! If it is going to be this difficult, I may be, unfortunately, going from doing 50 blue shops a month to zero.

I did two blue shops on 7/24 and was able to enter the results. I have been checking and nothing has been on hold so I am expecting to be paid next week.
I'm having the same problem - same message - It says shops are ready to do, but when clicking on each shop, they are "unavailable".
I cannot enter my debriefs for the shops I did on Saturday, August 1, 2020. And now, here it is Sunday, August 2, 2020 and I still cannot enter my reports. I still have more shops to do this week!

Means that I shall not be paid this week for those shops I did on Saturday.

With the old company, this was often the problem each new month. But it resolved within that day.
Yes, I hear your pain. I hope it resolves for you.

My problem is entirely different -- I got an e-mail saying such-and-such a job has hit the job board/map on the legacy site. You've done these shops for us before, so grab your route!

Yet, not a single one of the such-and-such shops are on the job board/map.

Ugh. I'd love to do them, but if I can't SEE them, I can't claim/route them!
We are currently trying our best to manage these legacy programs. Please email KSSNola@kernscheduling.com if you have issues and she will forward to the appropriate person that can assist you.
I am in shopper hell because an Ipsos/Maritz shop went really, really wrong. There is no end in sight and I have spent hours trying to fix a problem that was not my fault. I cannot file the report until the problem is fixed. I emailed my scheduler (not KSS) and have not yet received a response. I am not even making minimum wage rates on this shop and may end up owing money. If this were not a shop, I would have blasted this all over social media. Since this is a shop, I have to keep quiet. I usually have low BP these days but my BP has been dangerously high for days now.
The scheduler responded. She cannot help me but she responded. I am left to try to clean up the mess on my own.
BS, Lori.....no one is doing anything about the mess that IPSOS/MaritzCX has created...it is getting worse, not better.
I used to do quite a few gas shops KSS is now scheduling for Ipsos Maritz. I have not applied for a single one recently because of this thread and my current issues with an Ipsos shop from hell (not scheduled by KSS). In my experience with Ipsos, it is often difficult to get timely response/support from them. I miss how Maritz used to operate in spite of some quirks.
I prefer self assign so I can create a route. Applying through Kern for each one that may or may not be assigned is not for me. I would probably get one or two of the ten I request then get stuck driving to the boonies for nearly nothing. Or risk my shopper rating by canceling. No.
I recently told a scheduler (NOT KSS or Ipsos) that I never self-assign. She said "I don't understand why not." Well, because the nearest shop to me is 45 miles away. No way am I self-assigning at $4.50, $8, even $12 shop. How many shops would I have to do to make a day's decent wage? Fifteen or so? Physical impossibility for me. I deal with schedulers in order to get bonuses/travel pay. It's an absolute necessity.

Frankly, I'd rather drive 200 miles round trip for one $60 shop than 90 miles but have to complete a dozen shops. Driving is physically more doable for me than actual shopping.

But I don't drive 200 miles round trip for one $60 shop. I'll pick up 2 or 3 more shops at $25 or so -- no reveal audits! -- to make it a decent day, but still physically manageable.
Yeah... I miss Maritz. I complained all the time about their system but there were real live schedulers you could call up. (call, not email.... you know....) I was hoping that, when IPSOS bought the shopping business from Maritz that the Kansas bunch would stay put and take the green sign and the shipping shops back. They had them all. But no, IPSOS shops are spread over at least three platforms and they farmed out the scheduling.

There is no way I will do a rural route with a cell phone, so all of the green sign shops are out. a) data is spotty in rural Iowa/Nebraska/Missouri. If I am supposed to just load everything in and upload when I find a hotspot I might as well have used my camera. b) I need to get in and get out. With a simple digital camera I can snap three pics of everything and not look back. In and out. That means photo sorting and uploading at home but fewer exposures to rural mid-western customers who refuse to wear masks.

Yes, Heartland, just too true. I shop rural Nebraska (western), CO, WY, and KS (and even, sometimes, OK and TX) and there's just NO connectivity. Facing those reports after a long day driving is daunting!!!!
Just about always at a cell phone store if you can talk them out of the Password. I have always found web access at a Lowe's, Home Depot, Target, McDonald's, Burger King. Public libraries, truck stops, Denny's. Now some of these will want to charge you and if they do just get a receipt and you have another deduction for taxes. If you do use a public Wi-Fi have a VPN on your phone, tablet, or laptop cause you never know when someone is going to cause you harm. And what do you know there is another tax deduction.
Unfortunately, my shops are often 60 miles from the nearest Target, Home Depot, Staples, etc. Dine in at McDonald's is closed, libraries are closed -- those are always my "Plan B".

Quite honestly, if you have no cell service, how efficient is it to hunt out wifi between shops? Just taking a camera on the rural routes allows me to stay on the road and get more shops done. Some of my routes take me hundreds of miles, so I don't want to be friggin' around looking for signal.

Cease, I've actually sat in a McD's parking lot without going in and have been able to access their free wifi...maybe try that.
Well this is confusing: Kern site has locations available for a certain gas brand. That brand also shows on the legacy site but the locations I visited last month do not show for me on legacy where as they do show on Kern. I applied for some nearby, bonused ones and a few hours later all my apps had been deleted. Apparently there is a rotation. I prefer legacy because it does not show me the ones I can't have.
I'm interested to know if the luxury vehicle shops will return at some point. I was a big fan of those as they were quick and easy, but I'll definitely miss being able to talk to Team 3, especially as the scheduler who used to be available by phone was super helpful!
I have been doing routes in NM,AZ,UT for Maritz/Ipsos in August and I am finding if you need help from IpSOS you will get and SOS response maybe in three days. IF you have ANY of the Team leaders emilas That is your ONLY quick respond if they think it is urgent. Standard responds from mystery.shopping@ipsos.com is"Thanks for contacting the general iShopFor Ipsos mailbox. I’ve included the relevant team member on this email who can assist with your request."
I have team 2 leader as Stacy Fulkerson and team 6 leader Andrew Janicke

UPDATE Aug 15 I sent email for extensions on shops and got this back.
