Ipsos, blue bank shops, and the NEW 8 hour window.

So, one has eight hours to submit a report, or before midnight....it seems that the editors at Ipsos cannot tell time!
Anyone else in this boat?
Update: The 8 hour deadline is based on the shopper's time zone, so if you are working/doing a shop in a time zone west of where you live (as many of us do...think Indiana/Illinois border), then you have an hour or more of a shorter deadline). Ipsos needs to fix that, IMHO.

My first shop was on 04/01/2003, at a greyhound bus station. When I was awarded the job, I had seven days to complete and two days to submit the report. No pics were required and I was paid $20 + $15 as a reimbursement. My, how shopping times have changed and definitely not for the better.
It should be, but IPSOS programmed their system to have the eight hours based on the shoppers home zip code. Doh!
Wow. That is shortsighted given that some shoppers travel widely.

Did they threaten not to accept the report? or just make some remarks?
They didn't 'threaten'...they just didn't accept the report and, in fact, posted it again as an available job! I screamed like a wounded cat, and four days later, it was marked as "OK for Pay." I am to inform them if I am shopping outside of my actual time zone, in the future....jeesh!
The problem I have with this eight hour window is not really the eight hour window but it is working on the Mobi app. If you are out and about and not on a strong Wi-Fi the MobI app has traditionally sat there and not reloaded. The problem is while it’s doing it’s thing and you navigate a way to do something else after you have hit the submit button. The app still sits there and has not submitted. I completed the shop on one day and as it happened I navigated away from the MobI app and thought that the submit had gone through. Well the next morning I get up To an email saying that my shop was due and when I went back to look at the mobi app it was sure sitting there and had not submitted. Well as you know the eight hour window had a lapsed. After I have had two shops rejected because of this and lost out of the reimbursements So now I’m actually paying to do these shops. The mobile app has traditionally been and having hangups but Ipsos Apparently does not understand the history. The other company Alta 360 also uses Moby and I notoriously had issues with it because a lot of the shops were out in the rural areas where I had no Wi-Fi.
