Has anyone emailed IPSOS/Maritz regarding missing pay?

I'm guessing I'll use the standard email for them, but I'm just curious if anyone has had to email them about missing shops yet? It used to be so easy to contact the finance lady at Maritz, and she'd go over it with you on the phone and fix anything that was missing...
I have 12 shops from July that haven't been paid. This week's check was all shops from Aug 3-14...Some of them get edited and approved within a day it seems, while others linger...

This is one reason why shoppers are avoiding IPSOS/MaritzCX these days....they are missing payments (usually fixed with a phone call) and it is difficult to communicate with anyone in payroll now.
Is it a shop that was on hold? I have had two on hold since they started paying weekly. Those two were paid the following week. Right now all you can do is keep emailing them and hope to eventually get a response.
Since They have gone to PayPal I am finding these facts,
Thursday is cutoff day for paying shops . Pay happens on Tuesday.
So I think it is safe to say any shop that is completed By Thursday 12 CDT will get paid on Tuesday. Any shops done after that time will be paid the following week. (This is based on Payment History/Payment Detail & Deposits made to PayPal)
The email on the home page bottom left corner Contact Us: mystery.shopping@ipsos.com works just not very quick. 24 hours Maybe. Facebook link works [www.facebook.com] Maybe this is faster?
