Ipsos Sassie Ratings

Does anyone know anything about Ipsos shopper ratings for the Sassie shops? I can’t do a shop, because it says my shopper rating is too low to do it. I never even knew Ipsos rated shops. Now they are being very slow to answer any questions about their rating system. Actually so far they won’t respond to my request despite numerous emails and phone calls. One scheduler for Ipsos said he doesn’t know how to contact anyone about this. Thanks.
