My Shopper Rating with HS Brands - changing it?

A very long time ago I shopped an incorrect location when there were many about (kiosks in mall). My shopper score dipped very low. I have since done many successful and highly rated shops for HS Brands, yet I still cannot self-assign jobs because the system states that my shopper score is not an "8". I have reached out to schedulers but have gotten no response. Is there anything I can do? Thank you so much. (there is a shop there right now that I could do for them in Exton, PA)

I am sorry but I don't understand why your average score is not at least an "8" if you only had one bad shop but many great shops after that. What do you consider to be high scores and have you had other low scores? For HS Brands, I consider a "9" or a "10" to be high scores, an "8" to be a good score, and anything lower than an "8" a low score.

If you keep doing shops and keep getting high scores, it should not be hard to raise your average to the necessary level.

Let's say you got a "1" for that one failed shop and then get a "10" on 9 shops, you will have a total score of 91 (1 + 10x9) and an average score of "9" (91 points / 10 shops).

If you "only" get a "9" on 9 shops, you will have a total score of 82 (1 + 9x9) and an average score of "8."
I agree and further, I cannot see my score anywhere on the site. I mean if it's within fractions of percentages then it would make sense.
Can you see your average scores on other SASSIE sites? If not, try using a different browser.

You should be able to see your individual scores. Just expand the view. Then, you can do the math and figure out the average on your own.

I use Chrome for MS-related sites, including this forum. I can't "like" posts using Chrome. The "Like" is missing. If I use Firefox, then I see the "Like." I have noticed other things not working exactly as they should on some other sites when I use Chrome.

Do HS Brands schedulers ever email/text you to ask you to do shops? If so, that may be a good time to ask them to help. Get them to help you when they need you to help them.

Good luck.
Thank you! This company is different in that it only shows the last 2 shops that you have completed. Seems sneaky.

Change your filters. You can see your entire history but make sure you're pulling all shops and all statuses.
Thank you so much! It looks like I have a score of 8.63 since 2014. Frustrating since I cannot self-assign because of my low score! They rarely assign shops as the self-assigners get them first. Thank you again for helping me to get to the bottom of this issue.
That does not make sense. How can you be prohibited from self-assigning for having a score of less than 8 if you score is actually 8.63?
oh hm that is quite right, very strange! I see the reason for the low score now. In 2014 I self-assigned 2 jobs and got 6's on both, my first 2 jobs for them :/

If you will PM me your email address, I can look into your account and let you know if there is an issue.
