IPSOS Editors...

I am so frustrated right now with one of the IPSOS gas station editors...she consistently picks up a large number of my completed shops, and then SITS on them until she gets around to them. I have 19 shops "Pending Validation" right now, starting with last Tuesday, and running through Friday. They aren't in the general queue, so an editor has pulled them, and they aren't getting edited. Do they not realize that when they do that they are delaying our pay??

Ouch! I wish they wouldn't do that, especially at this time of the year, and especially when IPSOS has been heavily promoting their quick pay schedule!

I hope they clear that queue soon!

Happens all the time to me. and then if there is an issue they want a response back in a NY second. Had two shops not accepted cause the scheduler couldn't get a hold of anyone to help clarify what was needed on the shop and the auditor kept giving the same response to my question. Cost me a bunch of $$$ once it was denied. No $$$ out of their pocket cause I had to pay for all the shipping and now I'm not being refunded.
and then...
Did a shop the tuesday the WEEK BEFORE Thanksgiving and the EVE of Thanksgiving sends me the shop back stating they need additional info or it won't be accepted. Who does that???? Sits on shops for over a week that DEMANDED a certain DUE DATE and then thinks on the holiday, I'll look at my acct? I never saw it until the monday after. Yup, it was gone due to no response. Bunch of BULLS**T. Haven't done a shop since. Been screwed 3 times this last quarter and each cost me $$$ that I don't have.

I am having problems with an auditor too. I keep getting this shop back for correction. I am have corrected it twice and hoping it will be accepted. Does anyone know what is the education level requirement for an Auditor ?

And...they just did tomorrow's pay statements, and I have 19 shops still sitting, "Pending Validation," all from last week. Very little advantage to the "twice a week pay" when shops just sit.

There is a reason why I no longer do gas station shops and why I dread the announcement that my favorite grocery stores will all be through IPSOS from no on.

geez, i’ve been milking maritz legacy for all it’s worth, but next month i’m going to be forced to make the jump to ipsos sassie, and maybe even more painfully, ipsos shop metrics... i’m not not looking forward to it based on everything i’ve read.

A few different projects were already on THREE platforms this month: Presto, legacy, Kern/Sassie. It's been a real mess. The only one with live schedulers seems to be Kern and, from my experience, are always the last to know what is posted, if there are bonuses and how much. I do not envy those schedulers. They must be as frustrated as we might be.

Well, don't get me wrong, I love the shops (gas stations), and literally do more than 100 a month...but the delay in editing is beyond frustrating. *Knowing* that the $$ is coming is fine, but if you're working toward a specific goal (extra Christmas $, a trip, etc), it would be nice for them to be as prompt as they expect us to be with reports.

I have a running back and forth with one of their schedulers. Does anyone do the bank shops? For some reason they want date/time stamp for the shop. What is the photo that needs this? Would love to find out if this is worth the money, if there are narratives and how many questions on the survey.

And we’re at 46 shops unedited now, one of which is from the 9th. My scheduler has been great, but I have more than 60 shops to go this month...not feeling the urgency really to get them done! They’re going to pull the edited shops for pay tomorrow any time now, and it will be...the 24th? Maybe the 29th before I see a penny. Someone, somewhere, is really just being an awful human being at this point (if what I’ve been told is true, and an editor has pulled them all into her queue, but is delaying getting them processed)
