Happens all the time to me. and then if there is an issue they want a response back in a NY second. Had two shops not accepted cause the scheduler couldn't get a hold of anyone to help clarify what was needed on the shop and the auditor kept giving the same response to my question. Cost me a bunch of $$$ once it was denied. No $$$ out of their pocket cause I had to pay for all the shipping and now I'm not being refunded.
and then...
Did a shop the tuesday the WEEK BEFORE Thanksgiving and the EVE of Thanksgiving sends me the shop back stating they need additional info or it won't be accepted. Who does that???? Sits on shops for over a week that DEMANDED a certain DUE DATE and then thinks on the holiday, I'll look at my acct? I never saw it until the monday after. Yup, it was gone due to no response. Bunch of BULLS**T. Haven't done a shop since. Been screwed 3 times this last quarter and each cost me $$$ that I don't have.
