I referred a friend to Bestmark in December. My friend registered, was hired, applied for an assignment, completed the assignment, it was approved and they were paid at the end of the month.
Now on my Bestmark page, it shows the referral applied and was hired. Does not show that they completed a job. I have emailed TWICE, all 4 email accounts I can find on Bestmarks page. " Their support, referral, general support, and main email describing how they are not registering my referral and I should be compensated for the referral. Bestmark has refused to answer any of the 8 emails sent to each department. They also did not pick up their phone or return my voice mails.
While I have been doing this for a while now, this seems very sketchy to me, and I will usually never badmouth a company, but since they refuse to even acknowledge my complaint or issue any type of support I just wanted to issue a warning on how badly they are treating and handling my issue.
