IPSOS SASSIE Self Assign Available but shop not available

I've seen a couple of red gas stations on the quarterly schedule that I've been trying to pick up where it says self assign is available, however, when I click after selecting the date it tells me the shop is not available. They've been sitting on the board, so not like it's been picked up by anyone. Is this their way of telling me I can't pick it up because of rotation?

Yes, same here. I tried to take one this morning and got the message that it wasn't available, even though it's listed on the job board and was in an email sent by Pete. I can self-assign the non-quarterly ones though, so maybe send Pete an email to ask what's up. I was going to be in the area so I thought I'd pick it up, but I can't wait for a reply as I'm going today.

This is generally a rotation issue. There are rare instances where it would mean there is a restriction on your account for that location, or for the project entirely.

I asked about that and was told it is rotation issues. I was not up for that job because of my rotation. But what I find happens is no one picks it up and they start putting bonuses on them and I eventually get it with a big bonus. I always find that funny because I offered to take it without the bonus but was told not yet. Oh well, I get more money so win on my part.

Thanks Pete. Is rotation longer for the quarterly shops? I haven't done the location I tried to get since October. So I assume it is since it's a quarterly shop, not monthly.

Same thing happened to me. But I hope THEY keep track because I don't and I'd hate to do a shop only to be told afterwards that they were disallowing it because it was the wrong rotation!

pam....that has happened to me (once) with them (Shopmetrics side, though)....Generally, their system catches the rotation, but I did complete a blue bank shop in September that was first accepted and then rejected because of the 6 month rotation....so the exception makes the rule, eh"

If you last did the quarterly station in Q4 (October), you can't do it again until Q2 (April-June).

I’m having the same issues, and can’t even get a response from schedulers at all.
