Test available for Ipsos/Sassie. WHERE are the guides?

I just took several tests on Ipsos/Sassie to bring me current coming from MaritzCX. Where are the guides and updates need to pass the test? I had kept the guides from Maritz and the tests, and this is the only way I could pass. There are several questions on the gas stations that one needs to pass.

Once you get assigned a shop all of the guidelines are in the report form itself. You have to go into the form via "View/Submit."

On the first page when you click on "take certification", there's a line that says "click here for shopper guidelines for this program". Pops open another window.

Also, on the "home page", if you click on the little gray "i" next to the shop, it loads a summary. Every one I looked at said "click HERE for shopper guidelines". Without assigning the shop.

Cease, that's Shopmetrics, I think the question was about Sassie. I could be wrong.

Nope, I did not find a link. Nothing to link to anything. In times like this, I wish we could do screenshots.

Guides are listed on [usa.ishopforipsos.com] (Shopmetrics).
[www.us-sassie.ipsosmysteryshopping.com] does not (Sassie)

Gotcha. Heck, I wasn't even sure I could log in on Shopmetrics, LOL.

All I see, when I click on "More", is they generally give the scheduler's e-mail.

I personally would e-mail the scheduler directly.

Ask for a live link to the guidelines, maybe?

And, thanks -- I found 300 shops I didn't know about!!! LOL!!!
