Ipsos Shopmetrics - survey submit button grayed out

I have a few completed surveys (when I click "Check Complete," it states, "Survey Completed" ) for which the "Submit" button is grayed out in my inbox (stating, "Please, complete all required questions in the survey first!!!" ). When I cross-reference with the survey input form on my phone, it appears to not have registered the screenshot I uploaded (stating, "An answer to this question is required" ) despite displaying the uploaded screenshot. I tried cancelling and re-uploading the screenshot, to no avail.

I've emailed Mystery.Shopping@ipsos.com but haven't received a response. Has anyone been able to troubleshoot an issue like this? Thanks!

I am sorry this is happening to you. I have not experienced this problem. If I were in your shoes, I would clear the cache on my computer's browser and try again, or try to use a different browser on your computer. I know you tried using your phone already, but it doesn't hurt to try something else. Given Ipsos' track record, who knows when you will get a response?

I would also take screenshots showing the contradictory messages (of survey complete vs. the need to answer all questions) and email them to your scheduler. I would want proof that you had good reason not submitting your reports on time.

Good luck.
I recently learned how to input screenshots to IPSOS reports.

I e-mail the screenshot to myself; click on the attachment (the screenshot),put it in a one-drive file, then where it says upload photo, double click on that file and presto! it's in the report.

I also find I must use CHROME browser for IPSOS reports.

Do let me know if this works for you. You cannot IMAGINE how good it would make me feel to be of some help!!!!

Thank you for your good ideas. I cleared the cache on Chrome, then tried Safari instead of Chrome, both of which didn't work. I've taken screenshots of the error messages.

Thanks @ceasesmith. I tried your suggestion, and it appears that my screenshots are successfully uploaded into the report. However, the system still doesn't appear to allow me to submit the surveys.
Hooray! What happens when you click on "survey complete"? Does it still show as incomplete? If so (and this, too, is from personal experience), go through question by question til you find the one you didn't answer. Sometimes they are hard to find!

Or are you so far past reporting deadline that your report will not be accepted?

I guess I've been extremely fortunate in my IPSOS schedulers -- often they reopen the report so I can submit it. Have you e-mailed the scheduler directly, put "URGENT re: shop XXXX in XXXXX" in the subject line?

Good luck!

In the spring of 2017, my Firefox browser and Shopmetrics stopped working together. I spoke with the folks at Shopmetrics, but received the standard reply that my problem was either with my computer or ISP. In the summer.of 2018, using a new computer with a different OS, the same problem existed. I then downloaded Chrome and the problem was solved.
Thanks!
When I click "Check Complete (takes a few seconds) ", it says "Survey Completed."
When I click "Submit", it says "Please, complete all required questions in the survey first!!!"
Every single question is answered. On my phone, it states, "An answer to this question is required" for the screenshot question, even though a screenshot shows as uploaded (both on desktop and phone).

I still have a few days before the due date...

I can't tell who the scheduler is because I just accepted the shop from the job board.
In the shop guidelines, a "field operations" email address is included. When I emailed this address, I got a "Mail System" error message in return that the email address is not valid.

I was able to submit the other surveys. It looks like the trick was to let the input form idle for so long that a pop-up "save" button surfaces. That saving action apparently was effective, whereas the typical "Save Survey" button at the bottom of the input form was not.

Thanks for everyone's help.
Congrats.

For future reference, you can go to the website and find a similar/identical shop, and the scheduler should be shown.
I tried doing an Ipsos shop via smartphone once a couple of years ago. Never again! It's easier to talk my way out of a late assignment submission after a lengthy gas station loop (ah, the memories) than to try to do it in realtime.

I have multiple jobs that require access to the files I generate.

I recommend Dropbox. It's definitely more efficient than emailing stuff to yourself, and it allows for organization which is super handy when dealing with all kinds of documents across multiple devices. It comes to about $10 a month which is tax-deductible.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
