Ipsos Sassie Reschedule

I just picked up some jobs and stupidly chose the wrong dates. Is there an easy way to reschedule this? I find this company generally difficult to communicate with and need these jobs rescheduled pretty quickly.

Isaiah is right, when you open up your shop log and open the specific job, there's a "help/contact" button. Use that to request a reschedule.

You will need to make separate requests for each shop, however.

I scheduled me an shop. However, my schedule got changed at work and I e-mail her and asked if I could change it (It was still in the time frame) and she replied back and saying that she will changed it for me smiling smiley

I hate the fact that you now have to choose a date for the gas shops. You used to have a week and could do them whatever date you chose. Made it must easier to work around your schedule. OH well, what else is new?

No you don't. If the station is in for, say Feb 7-Feb 14, and you want to do it on the 11th.... you select the 14th.
That allows you to do on any date between the 7th and 14th. If you select the 11th, then you can only do it from the 7th- 11th.

Yes, I recently figured that out. I selected 2/15 for a shop but see on the form that it goes from now until then. Good!
