Hello, all:
I have received the following email several times, and something about it seems "wrong" to me. Has anyone else seen it, and do you know anything as to its validity? Here is the body of the message (I will remove the last name of the "associate" in case this turns out to be legitimate; I do not want to malign anyone):
Hello-
My name is Cha--- and I work for Intellishop in the Loss Prevention Department.
I am reaching out to a select few and asking if you would like to consider conducting Loss Prevention audits for us?
Loss Prevention audits focus on usually four items (Theft, Fraud, Safety and Operational Issues).
Our audits are usually conducted Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm.
The audits can range in time from one hour to six hours, depending on the ones you agree to do.
If you are available any of these days of the week, it would be possible for you to assist us with these particular audits.
If you have received this email in the past and not interested- Please disregard.
I know that you are signed up with Intellishop, and may not have experience with conducting these particular types of audits.
With your mystery shop experience, we can train you. Becoming part of the Loss Prevention team DOES NOT hinder your ability to continue participating in the mystery shop side of the business.
I can work with you to make sure you understand the requirements.
If you received this email- We have open audits in your area.
If you are interested in learning more (or not), Please let me know.
If you are interested-Please send me an email with a good phone number to reach you, and- Please tell me the area you are closest to in your state.
After I get the email back- i will be setting up a call to discuss our opportunities and further information.
I look forward to hearing from you!
