SeeLevel HX Cancelled a Bonused Shop Without Explanation (RESOLVED)

I emailed the scheduler and did not get a response. Has this happened to anyone else recently?

No because I de-registered from that POS company months ago. Only MSC I've ever sent packing.

Client's cancel shops all the time. Don't take it personally. Most don't inform the shopper as to why because it doesn't matter. The shop was cancelled and there isn't anything can do about it. However, they should respond to your email. Shopper's should never be ignored.

I had a car shop canceled on Wednesday evening. I was supposed to go on Thursday. On the surface, that sounds alright, but in reality, the shop began on Wednesday morning because I had to research the dealer's website, call and speak to a salesperson, and schedule a visit for Thursday (appointment only). My objection is that they required that I begin the shop before they canceled it. I think I should at least be entitled to (maybe) $5 for the work that I did. Then they had the gall to write and ask me to do other car shops. I asked why I should trust them. No response.

I have good news to report:

I emailed the scheduler whose name was on the assignment and cancellation emails. She wrote me back and told me she actually was not the scheduler for this shop and she did not cancel it. She thought the cancellation was due to a glitch and she gave me the shop back, complete with bonus. I did the shop. Hopefully, I will get paid both the fee and the bonus.
