It's Tidesmart insights, autocorrect :-)

I wonder how much do those jobs pay? Qualifications? Where to find?

Less than you think ...bottom line :-)

Editing is typically $5 per report maybe more depending on the complexity of it.

You're lucky if you're editing reports by shoppers who are diligent and have good writing skills, but that's not the majority! It's not uncommon to spend 15 minutes or more on a report.

Schedulers get paid based on percentage or # of shops scheduled and completed and sometimes there is compensation tied to bonuses or lack thereof depending on the MSC.
CXE (formally CSE) was recently looking for an experienced scheduler. I don't know if they still are.
Shoppers Inc is looking for an account rep. I have no idea what that is, but it could be anything.
Lorri just posted that Kern is hiring.

Honny,
What is Kern hiring for?

Tamiep,
How much MS experience do you have? What about editing exp?

Regarding editor pay, it's great to work from home without leaving your house, but my experience is that it's pretty frustrating and takes a lot more time than you would think to clean up and reconcile shopper reports.
CTCSS is hiring for schedulers but you are paid per completed scheduled shop. And scheduling is more work then many people realize. As long as you know that going in? It isn't a bad job, just long hours and the pay isn't the highest but you can do it from home and you can work it around your schedule.
A scheduler for an MSC once shared that her company paid $1.95 per report for editing, but I can state from experience the reports were quite simple.
At ACE Mystery Shopping, we pay $3 per report, BUT 95% of ours reports are very small with maybe 20-25 yes/no questions and just a few comment spots. Once our editors have a feel for the client, they can edit one in about 10 minutes.

I think the companies aim for an hourly rate - a fast-food company with little narrative required in the report might pay 2 dollars per report with an expectation that 6 can be done in one hour.

About Face Corp is hiring for schedulers and editors. I started editing there not to long ago and not a bad job at all.
I would stick with editing right now. It can be time consuming and the frustration level crazy high as MANY shoppers have about the same writing skills as my 7yr old. But, at least the work comes in & goes out. Scheduling before Covid was sometimes stressful for 'middle of nowhere' locations but now?!? Holy Crap!! It's nearly impossible to get shops in big cities like LA or Chicago scheduled. You will end up putting in more hours than you ever imagined and could still fail to schedule everything.
I recently went through AboutFace's editor application process. Fingers crossed! :-)

Really that is odd it didn't take me long to get hired by them maybe try again and email them on the website.
