When I do OSIs, I get a bitmap error when I take pictures through the app. I have to use my camera and then upload.

Does anyone know what that means?

I'm not sure what an OSI is, but I've used their app to do the long audits in the office supply stores, and I was able to upload photos directly from the app with no issues.

guysmom. I think you mentioned the client in this thread about the MSC. OSI is On Site Inspection, I believe.

I believe that the bitmap error is because of the resolution being set too high on the camera.

In app photos never worked for me.

I did an OSI this morning. I took the pictures with my phone since the app doesn't allow for uploads. I get home to do the report. I finished the questionnaire and got an error when I tried to upload the pictures.

I will be so glad when they get their kinks worked out.

Me, too!! But it seems like it's taking them an inordinately long time to get it done!!!!

It just started happening to me recently. I downloaded the latest version and it still was glitchy. It appears to work almost correctly on the stores WiFi.
That app worked well for a long time and only recently did it start mess up. I don't like when 5 minute job takes 10.

I don't like when a 10 minute job takes half of a day. I was so frustrated last night, I told them I quit. I ended up finishing the uploads this morning.

I have had problems with simple "ink" shops when the app would simply report "out of range". Out of range of what? I tried different parts of the parking lot, in the store, etc. Not usable since it was "out of range".

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008

Mine is working fine now since last week pictures are uploading.
