IPSOS Gas Station Scores

From what I understand, the IPSOS scoring program allows and disallows shoppers to self assign shops, amongst other "perks".

If these score that are given out are so important, why do some of my finished shops just have this comment:

"Thank you for partnering with Ipsos! Your report has been accepted."

That's kind of a no brainer when it shows being paid on a specific date. However, if a high rating is something that should be a goal, would it not be not only considerate but diligent to update your shopper?

I think it depends upon the editor. Sometimes I get an "accepted" response, sometimes a grade with no comment and occasionally a grade with an explanation if it's under a 10. If Ipsos were interested in improving the quality of the shops I would think the later would be the standard.
all the reports come back with the email address of the person who edited it, so you could always email them to ask for specifics. i would only think to ask if i saw a score was maybe a 7 or below, and the comments didn't indicate there were any issues.

IPSOS gets the editors that it pays for. Often the shopper suffers. I expect IPSOS and the client do too but are just unaware of it.
Noticing more power tripping by some of the Wordsmithpros.com editors than before when it's not an IPSOS mail that's reporting the editing. Last one included a comment 2 of my pumps didn't meet cleanliness standards, among other things.

We're told not to do "white glove treatment" and give the benefit of the doubt to the gas stations.
That white glove line is really hazy. One thing with a little dirt earns me an editor note that it was not dirty enough to count off for. An equal amount of dirt on another shop gets me the comment that it should have been marked off. Oh well, this hardly bothers me. Not like the cartoon characters, tricky-ness, low fees, etc.
