IPSOS CREDIT CARD CERTIFICATION

I am quite new at mystery shopping and I keep getting a 92% on my credit card mystery shop cert..

Any tips on these things? I feel like I am answering them correctly ( I have the guidelines saved to my phone)

Have you tried emailing your scheduler? He/she is the best to tell you what you need to approve on because they can see what the editor says on the report. Good luck!

Some of those quizzes require two answers to be checked off. Make sure you're not missing one or two.
