A little more info would help. I'm sure it is a mystery shopping company, but that is sort of an inside thing.
CHC is the name of the company. They are run by two ladies. They don't post much. Offers come directly from them. They mostly do Casinos and high-end hotels.
I did the casinos for them before covid, but I have not seen anything from them since. Although some have had issues with them, I guess I have been fortunate and been okay.
mhoughton with CHC used to post here but has not since 2015. Here's a link to her CHC-related posts.

I did some casino/hotel shops for CHC a few years ago. The pay was too low for the time investment required. Some of the employees (Security Guards) were nearly impossible to find, and some such as the Player's Card did not exist. The food at this particular casino was overpriced, and the reimbursement allowance was too small to cover some of the required purchases. After the first shop, I did the same shop two more times only after getting a 50% higher job fee.
Awful, awful, awful! I did one casino shop. Worst assignment I’ve had in my 10+ years as a shopper. And I had to hound them for payment. Avoid!
I'm finishing one up with this group now. It's literally terrible. Being asked for things in my narratives that weren't on the form to be scored/measured. Every expense is being questioned, including a rental car that I submitted previously. Bad news...
Also on my ten-foot pole list. I have a friend who still does work with them, and he has completed work with them recently (e.g. in the past few months) so they are still in business.
Wow, I just signed up for a casino shop with them and now I'm a bit worried.....I have plenty of casino shop experience but now I'm wondering if they're going to pick it apart regardless.
This is one of the very few companies I will not work with under any circumstances. They are at the top of my ten-foot pole list.
