It's working for me and it has worked for me all day.

I am using Windows XP and old browser versions of Chrome and Firefox and am getting an error message in both browsers.

I'm getting the same error on my Android tablet.

I’m using a Mac with no luck

I have been accessing the site since yesterday with no issues. I have used my Android phone, a Windows 10 laptop, and a Chromebook. All my browsers are up to date but I usually use Chrome for mystery shopping.

No access on chrome book or phone or Mac.

I feel like I got screwed with them just because I signed up for Gigspot. Then I realized that I did not want to keep using it so I sent their support an email and got it taken care of. There are still two websites that I try to sign into on multiple browsers and cell that just turn white. That is all, it just stops loading. I sent merc an email a couple of times regarding this with no response. They had some routes I wanted to do in the future but to be fair I am also not getting any emails anymore. Maybe my account is canceled?

Thanks to these forums, I've never used Gigspot.

I jumped in on it before I really did my research. It just seemed so good at the time. Live and learn.

Yep. Live and learn. Still learning and I've been shopping for nearly 20 years. It's all good.
