I did a refrigerated cat food delivery shop in November and they said they pay on the 15th of the next month. The website says payment on 12/15. This is my first shop for them. Am I in the troubleshooting timezone?
If you worked with a scheduler, reach out and ask.
Also check your profile, make sure your payment info is up to date.
Are they one of the MSCs with weird payment arrangements? Sometimes you'll get an e-mail in your spam reminding you to sign up with some 3rd party payment system.
No scheduler, I don't think.
Put payment information on when I had to update my profile to do the first shop.
