Hi everyone! I’m not new to shopping but have done very little shopping with this company as they just recently started to have shops in my area. I am in an area that was hit by the recent snow/ice storm and had 2 shops with this company today but due to trees down all over the roads around my house I had no way to get out today. I emailed the scheduler and sent a message to STN but didn’t receive a response so was wondering if anyone has received replies from them on weekends or if I won’t get a response until maybe Monday? I did try to change the date on the website but it is not letting me change it, it says there aren’t other dates available. Let me know if anyone has had to change a shop date due to an emergency and what did you do? Thanks for any info!
