IPSOS Pay Statements

I just logged on to their website to check on payment for a particular shop. But the shop is not listed either on a pay statement or on the shops waiting to be put on a pay statement. I was about to fire off an email to IPSOS but then I noticed that pay statements are generated on Mondays and today is Monday. Is it simply that today's statement is currently being generated and that's why the shop is MIA? That's my assumption and I'm hoping it's correct. There was just one time that I can remember when I had a few completed shops disappear that I had to contact them to get payment for.

Shopmetrics. Now I'm more concerned. Still not there this morning. Looks like I"ll be contacting them.

Ok, I'm really hoping the pay statement is still being generated. Can anyone see if their pay statement for 4/4 is still not showing? Now I see another shop that is missing. I'm assuming both are going to show up on this pay statement that is not shown yet

Yes, I don't see mine either. It disappeared yesterday and there's no pay statement for the current period as of yet.

Payment came through PayPal this afternoon and it's back on the pay statement list, so all is good.

I just got a message from PayPal that I had been paid for statement 480. The last statement posted on the Shopmetrics website is 474. Does anyone know why the discrepancy?

I have 478 Showing on my list of pay statements. But there isn't a pay statement for the money that I received today and I think I got paid another time since 478 was posted. I thought they were just being slow, But now I think there might be a problem.

I sent them an email yesterday. How long do you think it will be before I get a response? :-)

I noticed last week that the pay statement was updated AFTER I was already paid via Paypal. It does make it a pain in the butt to figure out what you've been paid for without the updated pay statement posted as it used to be. I suspect it will show up today or tomorrow.

I have no new pay statements still, 478 was on 3/21. I have been paid at least one time since then but there are still no new pay statements on my list.
