Katy Gravatt not paying shoppers

Anyone else get screwed by Katy Gravatt at "Superior" Customer Solutions?

Supposedly both her restaurant client AND her salon client refused to pay for Jan- March 2020 shops... so she said she "couldn't" pay us ...I never had a problem with her before that so was a VERY regular shopper.

Which means, over 2 years later, I'm waiting on several hundred dollars for the shops i did Jan- March 2020.

Very suspicious how the restaurant AND the salon both "refused" to pay her...

I recently contacted corporate at the restaurant to ask why they still had yet to pay her, so we had not been paid, even though they have many locations and have been open for over a year. Certainly they can afford to pay us now, yes?

I received a very quick response telling me to contact Katy. Grr.

What do we do? Report her to the BBB? Report the restaurant and the salon? I'm super frustrated because I'm owed a LOT of money and I bet a lot of people reading this are owed money from her, too ????

I believe you. That is unacceptable. However, whether the restaurant paid her or not is NOT your problem. If the shops were accepted and used, she should be on the hook to pay you. Your beef is with her NOT corporate. Tell her you want your money, period.

Here is the old thread, started before The Rona and continued throughout. Apparently there has been no payment to shoppers still. One shopper was going to sue, so they said, but disappeared from the forum.
I don't want to join linkedin. Anybody care to relate what it says? Just curious how our money has advanced her career. Thank you.
You don't need to sign up or sign in to see what her profile says.

I've never worked for her or her company. The only thing I can think of is filing in small claims IF she actually did not incorporate.
Well I guess I'm doing something wrong. The above link brings me straight to a sign up/log in page with no way around it.
BUT... a google search reveals that she now works at a law firm. How ironic. I wonder if her employers know her history. Of course, they do. But she's been called "Nice" by many people so she was no doubt able to explain it all away.

The profile has been removed.
FWIW this is about the law firm. Scroll down to team members. The photo of her is the same as has been used for her other online presence.

The LinkedIn profile still shows up for me. She's at Holden Law Group in Auburn, CA. If anyone would like to reach out to the namesake of the firm his profile with his email is here. [www.holdenlawgroup.com] Based on the other profiles her current email is likely katy@holdenlawgroup.com
Yep. The profile is still there. You need to log in only if you want to see the full profile and to connect.
I never got paid by her. Lots of people were in the same position. I thought she went out of business.
I don't understand these companies not paying shoppers for their work. They got paid!!! Some of these scheduling companies are no better by leading a shopper to slaughter.
Hahaha. The firm specializes in Employment law and human resource consulting. Ain't that a kick in the teeth? Maybe we should seek their counsel on how to get paid for work performed as an IC???
