Has anyone worked with Customer Impact?

There recently was a posting for a bunch of jobs for Customer Impact {CI}, so I signed up via the website. Everyone of these jobs said they could be done any day of the week but I have applied for several since Thursday and haven't got a single response back. Does anybody know if that's normal for this company or if they are a scam or what the deal is? I don't normally apply for the jobs over the weekend but these specifically said they could be done any day of the week. These CI listings are comprised mostly of bar shops making sense that they could be conducted throughout the weekend. Obviously the no response is pretty surprising. Or at least to me Anybody have any input? Thanks!

I think they schedule in house, and keep regular hours. Sometimes a person in charge of scheduling a project may be off on a certain day, at least that has been my experience. Good company to work with
I have worked for them for 5+ years. My biggest complaint with them is if I want to ask for a bonus, there is no scheduler name or address in the guidelines, except when I apply for a shop. Not until I am assigned a shop will I be able to see the scheduler via the Contact Scheduler box. But by then they have assigned me the shop and say I cannot ask for a bonus once the shop is assigned. I find this a Catch 22 and a poor connection to shoppers.
Hustlin_babe - my name is Daniel Price, COO at Customer Impact.

Please email me at dprice@customerimpactinfo.com and let me know which ones you were applying for so I can look into it for you. We stress communication from all members of our team so I want to ensure these are not being overlooked in any way, and hopefully we can get them assigned to you!

Our schedulers are all in-house and a couple of them had a family emergency last week but we had set up some backup support. It's concerning that you have not received a response so I hope you reach out to me and I will do my best to research and rectify it.

I have made a steady income with CI In the past. Not a good income, but I made steady money. All that ended a few years ago when I followed their instructions and then didn’t get paid several times inside of a few months. I'm not donating my time, I'm trying to make a living. So i just quit accepting the jobs they offered.
Did some assignments with them when I started out. No negative experience with them.
I've done restaurant shops for them (nice dine-in places, good but not super fancy) and fast food, but I unfortunately haven't seen any restaurant shops available from them in a while. I blame Covid. I'd gladly work for this company again!
I've worked with them for years and I adore them.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I love them. I worked for them starting in 2011. They used to have some great restaurants. My all-time favorite scheduler, Barbry Booth, used to work for them. She left shortly before the pandemic. I haven't seen her turn up at another MSC so I've always wondered how she is and what she's doing. About the time Barbry left, I saw fewer mystery shops and for the last couple of years I see only merchandising shops.
I posted the same question and received quite a few replies. Here is a link:
