Cannot upload receipt for Second To None!

I’m trying to upload a grocery receipt on the report. It keeps giving me an error message and suggests I clear my cache. I’ve cleared my cache many times, and tried on both my iPhone and iPad and keep getting the same error? Anyone else? I notified the help desk but have not had a response.

Did it work for you? I tried again and again after my original post and still didn’t work. No response from the help desk either sad smiley
I was able to upload for 2 reports this evening… did you get it to work? I have had that error in the past a few times.. I keep trying and after a few minutes it works. Hopefully you did!

No, it never worked. I must have tried over 10 times, even turning my phone off and on. I finally submitted with report without the receipt. A little frustrated that the help desk hasn’t responded.

I did the report on my iPad and tried to upload a photo of the receipt. I always do this and it’s never given me issues, until this time.

Phoebe, yep, no problem at all. I did have a little snafu with a screenshot of a receipt. What I did is I took the screenshot on one device and I sent it through Messenger to my other device, and then I tried to load into the shop. But when I send it messenger changed the file designation. So I redid the screen shot on the other device (turned out better that way anyway).
I had a problem with that on Second to None the other day too. The problem file was a jpg. I went back and saved it as a PDF, and I was able to upload it.

That happens to me sometimes. If clearing the cache doesn't work, try switching to a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge).
So I did two more reports for STN today and I was able to upload both receipts, but when I hit “Save” it would take me back to the login page. Luckily it saved all the info, but I had to keep hitting “Next” to get to the end of the report. I’ve switched browsers and cleared my cache. Something is screwy with their app, and it’s definitely not user-friendly.
I know I'm late to the conversation here, but I had the same problem with some of my reports over the last few weeks. I emailed them to my scheduler with the job info and an explanation, and she seems to have forwarded them to the editors without a problem because I never heard anything about missing receipts. I just selected "no" for the receipt question, put an explanation in the text box below, and did that. So that is an option if you get stuck too!
