Hello on my app i have ipsos shopmetrics and ipsos sassie. I don't know how they merge but i love shopmetrics side but sassie are scammers. Shopmetrics let me fix issues pay me and everyone is happy. Well with sassie one shop i did and then went out of town. I had to get some corrections made but i was out of town. No pay not $2 not $5 no trip charge nothing. Okay my mistake but thought that was shady. Because if you didn't use my shop you would have reissued Right. It never appeared back on the board
So did you use my shop with your client and not pay me but you got paid? Mind you it was one photo missed. Well came back did another shop they were closed. Took a selfie with the location in the background i thought i had the time stamp on picture set on my new phone. But apparently it wasn't set to time/date. Sassie ms company the only company i saw that want selfie and a time stamp. Weird but okay. Well couple of days later they completed my shop No Pay because no time stamp. No go back out get time stamp its 5 minutes from my house. Didn't repost shop on the board Why? I emailed them they said you didn't do it correctly so no pay. Where is the shop if your client needs it why didn't you repost it??? Did you use mine? I have done ms for 18 years and nevet saw this. Shopmetrics waited until i got home sassie didn't. Beware!!!!

I don't know about Ipsos, but I believe it's common that a shopper may not see a reposted shop because it has been hidden to them. I know it's frustrating to you, but you did admit to making errors that made the shops unusable. I've only used the Sassie side. They aren't good communicators but I've never felt cheated by them

All true stuff, but it comes down to a question - Did the MSC use the report and not pay the shopper, OR did the MSC block the shopper and reassign the shop? I think we all know the answer to this question.

If they could block the shops on sassie, They definitely would. They cannot block your access to view the shops on the sassie platform, but they can block you from self assigning individual shops or entire blocks of shops. If it's a rotation thing, if you've already done it and the rotation hasn't time out, you will not see any dates available to choose. If you are not eligible for that program, you will see dates and you will be able to pick a date and try to to apply for it or self assign, but it will say that the shop is already taken.

There are also some shops that cannot be repeated in the current cycle. So if you screwed it up, nobody else gets the opportunity to screw it up too. And, time and date stamps have to be for the time and date of the shop not several days later.

Someone said that transferring your pictures from one device to another removes the metadata with the time and date. To circumvent this, because I sometimes have to take pictures on one device and fill out the reports or another, I have an app that puts the physical time and date and location in the picture.
