Ipsos not paying

I did several Hazmat shops for Ipsos and they sent them back saying that the photos of the box had a slip of paper over the return address with the zip code written on them and asked for a new photo. I happened to have photos of the boxes without the paper covering the address and sent them to the editor. Now I see that both are on hold and I am sure they will not be paying me.
In the past, I have always covered the return address and wrote or used a paper to cover the address with the zip code on a piece of paper. Guess I won't be doing that anymore.

One of the shops had a different address since they moved and sent a picture of the message in the window of the old place and they must have denied that one as well.

My understanding is that you can cover most of the address with a piece of paper but that they do need to see the zip code written directly on the box just as it was when it was mailed. So cover all but the zip and you should be okay. I have gotten requests for new photos etc from Ipsos in the past and they have always paid me. A hold does not automatically mean you will not get paid.
We need to show the zip code on the package, You can cover up all of the address except for the zip code, For the origin and the destination. Writing the zip code on a piece paper on top of the package doesn't seem like they would accept it at any time.

I don't know much about Apple products, but I know on android phones there is a photo editing application that's native to the phones. You can cover up the addresses on the pictures after you take the picture.
