Coyle payments

Alright... what is up with the way Coyle reimburses? I evaluated a spa and was told that the charges will be reimbursed via the client. Is there a timeframe they are required to do so? When should I start getting worried?

Reimbursements (and fees) are not sent out by the client. Coyle pays.

Coyle's payment policy is clearly posted:
