Hi all! I am new to mystery shopping and just want to thank all of you on this forum for your advice and willingness to help others suceed in this as a profession.
I have been shopping with second to none and marketforce but just signed up to shop for IPSOS. I see that there is a certain Jean company that has a shop near me. I'd like to pick it up but it says i need a certification. When I search for it - it doesnt show up under the certification tab. Any suggestions?

If you can't find it under the Certifications tab, is it linked from the Job details themselves? They should make it obvious, as you need it to apply for the job.
If you still can't find it, try emailing the scheduler.
I know in some cases, on the Shopmetrics platform,, when I apply or am accepted for a shop, it will provide a pop-up with a link to the certification. However, I have not done any Ipsos Shopmetrics shops in ages.
When you click on the job info, the certification prompt pops up on the right side of the screen with the word: "GO" in yellow. You click on that word: "GO"
If the link to the certification test is embedded into the shop assignment, make sure you temporarily turn off pop-up blockers. Otherwise (and for some strange reason) it will take you to other certification tests to which you will not find the needed test. But if you turn the pop up blocker off it will take you right to it.
